Pretty sure there’s still a chance the Leeds game could move.

If we make it to the FA Cup semis (which is the weekend before the Leeds game) and are chosen as the Sunday game, then the Leeds game would be put back to the Wednesday.

Monday night on bank holiday weekend. So literally the only bad kick off time we could've had that weekend. Standard.

That's not worked out great to be honest on the whole. Palace away stays on the train strikes day.

Who actually benefits from playing at 8pm on a Bank Holiday that they wouldn't get from a 3pm kick-off if it has to be a Monday?

Honestly, I'd happily see Monday Night games ditched. Dreadful idea. I see Tottenham go to Everton on a Monday in early April. Nonsense.

https://www.premierleague.com/news/3076942

Saturday 29 April
12:30 Crystal Palace v West Ham (BT Sport)
AFC Bournemouth v Leeds
Brentford v Nottingham Forest
Brighton v Wolves
Leicester v Everton
17:30 Arsenal v Chelsea (Sky Sports)

Sunday 30 April
14:00 Fulham v Man City (Sky Sports)
14:00 Man Utd v Aston Villa*
*Due to Spurs v Man Utd being moved to 27 April
14:00 Newcastle v Southampton*
*Due to Everton v Newcastle being moved to 27 April
16:30 Liverpool v Spurs (Sky Sports)

Monday 1 May
20:00 Leicester v Everton (Sky Sports)

I know Dyche teams waste a hell of a lot of time if they go ahead in a game and VAR decisions are taking longer and longer but kicking off Saturday and ending Monday night is ludicrous.

Or maybe we’re playing a half on each day to suit viewers from different continents under a new Sky initiative :dunno:

Palace seems like an absolute ball ache without the trains as it seems the closest underground is 60+ mins walk.

Living in London.. I think it won’t be too bad hopefully. Normally London overground services run on strike days as tfl aren’t striking. So you should be able to get relatively close pretty easily I’d imagine.

Tv ratings will be multiples higher at 8pm than at 3pm. Who’s gonna tune into a match halfway through the day on a bank holiday

Manchester City on a Sunday is boring. Leeds still doable for me anyway.

It’s boring whatever day of the week it is.

I like both Manchester away days but Sunday 16:30 is shit for any away day personally.

Hopefully Man City gets moved back to Saturday. It’s the Manchester Marathon on the Sunday so plenty of road closures and public transport will be heaving.

Surely will move. You'd think Man City go far in the CL, but then again who knows with some recent results. Did not know the marathon was on the Sunday, got a colleague continuously droning on about how she's running it. Makes this away day more tempting so I can covertly throw things at her

I doubt people will be watching in huge numbers whatever the time is.

I fancied doing this one but as you said it seems like a proper ballache, don't think it's worth the hassle. Will only do it if I manage to get on a bus directly there.

Apparently another user has posted just above that the London overground should be running on strike days, so makes it more doable.. not sure whether to risk it and try for tickets or just try for Man City instead.. can’t be bothered with palace tickets and then finding out overground ain’t running..
