Time will tell. Best of luck for the season

This!  I really have no idea at this stage but most of the signings look very capable from the pre-season bits I've seen.  There is risk in adding so many players at once, obviously.

Same to you pal.  Not long to wait now :)

Even more tenuous than usual - https://sempreinter.com/2022/08/04/man-utd-chelsea-hot-on-trails-of-dumfries-who-if-sold-inter-will-replace-with-castagne-or-odriozola-italian-media-report/

Man Utd & Chelsea Hot On Trails Of Dumfries Who If Sold Inter Will Replace With Castagne Or Odriozola, Italian Media Report

Manchester United and Chelsea are both hot on the trail of Inter wingback Denzel Dumfries but the Nerazzurri have replacements in mind, according to a report in the Italian print media today. As has been reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport today, the two Premier League sides are both in the market for a new right-sided winger but Simone Inzaghi really wants to have the Dutchman in the squad for the upcoming campaign.Inter are not going to be accepting offers of any less than €50 million for the former PSV Eindhoven man but it cannot be ruled out that a bid of that nature will arrive in the coming weeks. If he does leave the club, Inter have already got two targets in mind to replace him. One is Alvaro Odriozola who was on loan at Fiorentina from Real Madrid last season.Another is Timothy Castagne who is at Leicester City having been sold by Atalanta.

I think Inter have been linked with him before

But right now with Ricardo out injured we would need them to pay a massive premium

Surely selling is literally not an option now with Ricardo seemingly fvcked for the rest of eternity.

Even if they offered us a very decent fee we'd be in shit with JJ and LT as our only fullback options.

Yeah ideally we wouldn't sell him at all

But if they came in with a mad offer, we would have to make sure we have someone lined up to come straight in

Yeah very true, I feel like we have missed out on a few decent FB options such as Hickey and Ramsey.

cant wait for this window to be over 😂

As we have been linked with a few already during this window, I expect if he did leave we would probably move JJ to right back and bring in a left back like Truffert

which leaves us short of cover at RB if JJ picks up an injury.

Truffert was just a suggestion, but wouldn't be surprised if it was another versatile full back that has the ability to play either side
