As an overseas supporter I won’t be there so I’ll spend Sunday morning making sure my VPN is still working and then spend couple of hours between 2pm and 4 pm looking for decent stream(s) to hopefully watch it from the comfort of my couch...

not confident of getting a good stream but am confident we will win 🦊🦊

Relocating from my normal place of residence as a member in or around SK2 and taken up a new address in the swanky location of SK1 to be with the singing section. Looking forward to it!

 

Quietly confident that we will see a different team in more ways than one than last season

If I can shake off this cold which after 3 daily covid tests, still isn’t covid but the weirdest thing I’ve ever endured. I’m looking forward to the walk down, the bit of a chin wag and hopefully a bit of siege mentality amongst the players.

Really want to be looking forward to this but with all of the negativity around the club at the moment I can't say that I'm as excited as I would normally be on opening day. My expectations are so low for the season at this moment,  however, that I don't suppose it will take that much for them to be met. But I do have a bad feeling about this game. Brentford are no world beaters of course but they will be fully focused and more than the sum of their parts. Hard to see the same being true of whichever XI we get out on the pitch by the sounds of it. Go behind and things could get toxic very quickly, I think.

The football season is back looking forward to it surely it's got to be better  than the Bolton game when we got hammered, or the game at Hull the season after we won the league. As someone who witnessed the Pleat / McLintock years it's can't be any worse can it?.
