I'm a fan of pretty much anything RB Salzburg do. Rose, Marsch and now Jaissle. They are so progressive ad a club.

Yes we seriously are. Brighton shine as long as he is there. When he eventually goes watch them nose dive to beack to where they came.They are not a  sustaianable success mix , whereas we are. If this club ever came up for sale it woulds be gone in a heartbeat. not so a club like Brighton. He will leave them eventuall if he keeps overachieving with them.

but we’ve played crap for over a year now. Can’t call this a one season blip and we appear to be in free fall…

It has to be somebody willing to utilise our academy. Rodgers has the reputation of a developer but Thomas is the player to have played a significant amount of minutes after coming through the age groups under him (KDH and Barnes don't count).

 

Given our financial constraints aren't magically disappearing next season we need to look at integrating a few more.

I would be astonished if we haven’t already done that 

 

the problem we would have is that villa are way more attractive than us
