Torino are now set to offer their ‘last resources’ to get the signing done, offering Leicester City a loan with the obligation to buy him for between €8m and €10m.

This is as insulting as the Saudis (sorry Newcastle) offer of £20m for Madders

just let him go

this feels like a toxic relationship already

Praet, like Vestergaard and the rest is in no rush to go anywhere when there could be a new manager coming in soon that gives them a chance in the first team with a World Cup 3 months away.

Seriously, what value is there in even entertaining that offer? Would they pick up 100% of his wages? He's a decent enough player (when given the chance to show it) and certainly better than we could get for £10m. Better the devil you know. It just makes no damned sense. You watch the club go and accept it.

If they cover his wages and a loan fee and its a obligation to buy I'd take it.

What does he bring to the side, that we don't already have.

If any of the midfielders picks up an injury, there's almost zero cover in the side. Mendy is a limited player, Hamza's gone elsewhere.

It makes quite a bit of sense. He has added next to nothing for us since he came here, so that would be a set wages freed up to try somebody else.

We have Soumare, Ndidi, Tielemans, Mendy, KDH and Maddison.

6 players who can play CM.

We have 1 decent winger.

Squad is unbalanced, it reminds me of Sven time here.

Mendy is limited but was does DP do that he can't?

Pretty much been this way since Mahrez left, for some reason haven’t been willing to actually buy wingers

Indeed

if they pay a few million for a loan fee and agree to cover his salary in full both this year and after the purchases, then €8/10m isn’t unreasonable

And in that whole bunch there's 2 creative players and one of those looks like he's towing a caravan most weeks. As for the first name on that list....

Praet isn't creative, he averages about 2 assist a year!

For what it worth, I'd sell both him and Soumare give half a chance.

And one of those is handing over a drink bottle.

(and that's intended to be more a comment on how much playing time he actually gets)

Dosen't score enough, dosen't create enough. Not an enforcer nor a ball winner.

Yes he can be nice and tidy but not really sure what he brings when playing.

Having a bit of energy about you only gets you so far in premier league.

We should look to cut losses and sell.

In a heartbeat, both totally unsuited for the prem

Go and look at his time in Italy, even playing 30 games a season his best return is 3.

He looks like he just wants to be put out of his misery as he has the same enthusiasm as Brendan. Get him gone.

Get Praet  feeling liked & he is involved..

He needs regulär gametime, But still according to managers / Coaching-staff thoughts & requirements

And no fan can yet judge him...!!

Not One of oud Quality players ( First choice)  in this while last season & 4 games have yet delivered 3-4 consistent games..

So lets Not bet into Praets underwear, and write him off..

Praet is great in 1-2 touch passing in tight spaces moreso if you have an effective ACM in the team. Other than that he isn't a traditional winger.
