Rodgers should have been gone weeks ago and since then any points dropped is also on the board, as it stands they're letting the fans down big time.

far too much complacency across the board (excuse the pun)

We have rudkin living off of a maguire sale. not even held truly accountable for signing a player past a transfer deadline. Honking contracts offered across the club and given a free pass because we’ve signed a few promising players (ones he may have had no part in finding to begin with)

We have susan, who is just interested in winning awards and being best mates with the big 6 clubs. Probably more bothered by her reputation than that of the clubs.

An owner who, i’m sorry to say hasn’t stamped his authority on the club. He’s followed through with some of his dads visions and that’s great, but he needs to build his own legacy. I love the guy and hope he has a vision that will truly bring us to where we need to be but the hesitation and misplaced loyalty will be his downfall.

we have academy managers in positions for far too long without really showing their ability to help improve our players.

It’s the simple things that worry me, not making sure we can get a set piece specialist recruited in time for the summer. not being able to find a head of recruitment for this summer as well… maybe glover is the chosen one, but no club can sit still for a summer in the prem

Then there’s the total disconnect from the fans of the club. It feels like commercial decisions are being made without thinking about the fans. where has that line of communication gone. don’t forget who pays the bills.

even the away shirt took forever to release, there’s still no explanation to why that happened it’s just a little weird.  A lot of clubs would have a kit ready to go at the end of the previous season. We’ve lost a summer of sales and once the season starts a lot of fans will think, heck i’ll wait till it hits a sale by december.

There’s a lot i’m starting to question and i know i’m not in the loop behind the scenes and my slander of susan may be way wide of the reality but that’s what happens when your club continues to make questionable decisions.

We appear to have the same problem off the pitch as we have on it, there’s a lack of mental toughness and that’s a real shame because you need leaders behind the scenes and not just on it.

many have said perhaps we are looking for that next manager and ordinarily that could be a good thing, but when things are toxic… you just need to remove the root cause and that’s obvious to everyone. one more game of brendan is just one more loss. I’m sure a caretaker is far more likely to get us the result we desperately need. Not to mention the fact that every time the buffoon opens his mouth he slanders another aspect of the club.

i’m not a fan of giving a free 3 points to a potential relegation rival. The board should be demanding he is gone and save some of their integrity.

Repeat Repeat Repeat!

im not sure i trust anyone with power at this club atm

He’s staying isn’t he, because everyone sees the issue we are in and there would be no reason for us to not prepare his exit as soon as possible after a loss. How clueless have we become as a club!

Where is the leadership? We've just been thrashed 6-2, there is speculation about the manager, we're bottom of the table with no wins.

Decisive action to change the alarming slide of the football club is needed and we seem clueless as to what to do about it, slowly losing faith in the regime to be honest.

They can all do one now. Literally unpicking all the hard work they've put in Iver the years with this nonsensical bollocks. We are in the shit and if they really are too blind to see it then it's not just Brendan who needs to walk.

Give the fans some update on the club's position.

You won't get it from Rudkin. I gave him a lot of credit, in the face of some undeserved stick at the time for getting silly money for the likes of Schlupp, Drinkwater and Maguire (that was actually on Whelan as it turned out) but this current shitshow is totally on his shoulders. And if he can't do something Whelan should over-rule him. The gamble with finances, recruitment and obviously the action on the pitch is his remit. He oversees all that as DOF. If all 3 things are ****ed, then his position is untenable too.

I do think if i were advising the board now I’d suggest that either

a) they issue a statement backing BR, if they really mean it

or

b) they sack him

this silence is making a bad situation worse. As stakeholders in the Club we deserve at least some communication

It is so obvious that Rodgers is the problem and that our future is shite with him at the helm. Everyone can see it including most on the board, apparently. However, one powerful voice is holding out and keeping this vile stench of a man at our club.

None of us really know who that is, but it surely must be Top. If it is Top, then he is making a fundamental mistake. This isn’t personal, for them, it’s business - or it FACKING should be.

This manager farce isn't the only area where the top brass of this club are failing miserably.

Its been going on for a ****ing age now.

Can't wait to see them refuse general sale against Reading next season.

Maybe it is a case that for weeks the board have contacted various managers and they've all said no. They probably do not want to sack BR and have no-one lined up. Honestly as sad as it is to say - which manager (one at least we feel would do well) would want to come here?

Even less the longer this goes on.

Plenty about the club is bordering on pathetic at the moment, on the pitch speaks for itself, ticketing is an absolute shambles, systems not working properly, and ticketing website dreadful. Experience at the ground poor, getting into stadium, concourses etc. Communication from the club to supporters bordering on non-existent. Website doesn’t even seem to know at times who actually plays for us (Mendy no longer plays for club etc.) shit show all round really.

The fatal mistake was making Brendan bigger than the club. He’s played them for complete fools.

Damage will be huge, all the extra exposure we got in the years since the title win and then we wont even be aired internationally anymore and be forgetton about, club seemingly not able to afford 10 million to keep lookman, whats going to happen when KP have a 150million budget deficit in the championship?

Honestly I think it's more likely they've done **** all. Fiddling as Rome burns and whatever metaphor you want to use.

Even if we were ten points adrift, plenty of managers would want this job, if only for the PL exposure a stepping stone club like us would give them. Sadly the longer the board let this rot continue, the more we'll need a firefighter not a long term replacement.

They still have a few " We're not even thinking about relegation" comments left in them yet.

Have to confess that, of

Have to admit I'm starting to really worry he will be given the next game now. We could fluke a win over a Forest team that have signed so many players they haven't gelled and it papers over a massive crack
