For the first time in weeks I've woken up feeling refreshed and energised. Has anyone else had this experience now the weather has cooled?

I woke up with a refreshed, energised hatred towards going work this morning tbf

Yes you're right there is something lovely about that in the countryside but the British urban environment is still quite dispiriting in cool, wet conditions. Especially after the summer we've just had.

I mean I am in Manchester tbf which is a massive caveat, but it's not refreshing, it's bucketing it down, it's grey, it's sh1t, it's miserable.

A lot of lightning around me at the mo but its really strange as cant actually see many flashes its just the whole sky lighting up
