I’ve not been a lot in fairness. I’ve been for Olympics a decade ago, and for a day for work this year. Never been terrible experiences, but I never saw a reason to go there for sightseeing/fun if there wasn’t an event on. Perhaps I’ve not been to the right places.

I don't have a clue but I would guess services will terminate at Luton and then you then get a local service to London.

 

But I don't think they've confirmed what's happening yet. Rail replacement buses might be put on.
