It's not that he doesn't save EVERYTHING it's that he might aswell not be there and makes is wayyyyy too easy for the attacker. 

 

The angles he creates and his slow reactions are all on him.

The problem is he's not moving out to close down rashford, if he's half a metre closer he covers the goal much better.
