To be honest not sure.

 

I would have 100% took Dyche but we missed the boat.

The benefit would be a new manager bounce where the players get hope from new leadership with new ideas, but Lampard's record is poor.

We need a manager who expects his players to do a no BS approach to defending, and fast transition play.  Set pieces focus would also benefit us.

I would also like to see us move out of Seagrave for a while to see if it hardens the players up.
