MAHREZ against Man City to make it 2-0 just after half time has to be up there.

the point where most started to believe.

Youri cup final important in a different sense that it gave us our first ever fa cup.

vardy vs West Brom speaks for itself.

knockaert vs Watford 2013 also a big one and often brings smiles to my face on the big screen pre match.

Hard to look past Youri for the FA Cup win as a standalone goal but for me it's probably shaded by Claridge vs Palace - just because of my age at the time. Claridge vs Middlesbrough is a close third - I never expected us to win a trophy in my lifetime at that point.

It took me about a year to click on to the fact that Big Wes' goal at old trafford was the one that won the title for us but at the time it felt like a relief rather than a celebration mixed with the disappointment that we didn't win the league that day.

Ulloa penalty vs west ham was immense as well.

Ulloa v Norwich.

Howard v Leeds.

Tony James goal can't remember who it was against.

Claridge v Palace.

Vardy v Liverpool title winning season.

Youri FA Cup final!

Vardy v West Brom was huge!

Ulloa v Norwich

Dyer v Villa

On pure timing, last ditch stress built up on and along  the terraces, these are the 3 goals that made us & Vardy go boom...

And Carragher fall into a pit of backfired arrogance of gobsmacked,& choke on his own spit, fall off his high chair,  denials..though fair dues, He and Alan Smith standing on the KP turf ,with stones in their mouths had to admit that they had just witnessed the greatest football story ever played out .

It's where for that period G.Neville won me over, since that  November,he rode with the Leicester dream, and shot back at fellow pundits with  "why not" and gave some good analyse over the squad..

I mention these last statements, because it would also be interesting not only the goals, but what fans have branded in their memories of media & pundits comments, that accompanied those heady heights achieved.realising the off-field feedback  was quietly being respected & something was on...

Even foreign fields , teams & pundits making their thoughts known.

I was thinking with there being a good chance of relegation and some massive games coming up that there will be a very important goal scored at some point

But what do people think is the most important goal in our history?

I'm going to go after some thought with vardy's winner at West brom in the Great escape season

Without that we don't win the league, fa cup etc

Well done son...

During all this toxic and dying swann statements being plastered and posted everywhere...

A true topic of gud ol'  football banter & discussion..This is what normally drives an healthy Football forum...

The title winning season feels like a distant dream that fades more and more the day goes on

My overriding memory is probably the west ham home game.

Also the increased media exposure. Couldn't move for cameras around the ground

Tielemans FA cup goal + Schmeichel masterclass was one of my favorite moments. What an achievement it was to beat Chelsea who went on to win the champions league a few weeks later.

How did we become so shit so fast?

The Dyer goal will always be memorable to me as a goal scored by someone who was not in a good state at that point. With all the apparent upheaval in his personal life, it always felt to me like an “I don’t give a s***” moment. He knew he was about to get absolutely clobbered and stuck his head in there anyway.

I’m sure he’d agree it was worth it in hindsight of course.

Oh I didn't know he had any personal problems to be honest. Such a huge goal and a real momentum shifter

There's been plenty at different points in our history, those that prevented relegation and secured promotion or titles or trophies. Someone mentioned the Ulloa goal v Norwich in the title winning season and I suppose quite a few goals that year could make the list. Dyer v Villa, Morgan away at Man Utd (which actually won the title), but the one that sticks in my mind is Ulloas penalty v West Ham. 2-1 down at home and Vardy sent off. He stepped up and nervelessly smashed it home. Even under the toughest circumstances we proved we had the fighting spirit and wouldn't be beaten.

probably this
