Perhaps, I'm expecting too much.

You are, it is Malta… you do your job and when 3 up in 30 mins you don’t need to do much more. The performance was highly professional and we were very comfortable.

I have no issue with that but we still relied on an own goal and 2 pens.

 

What I am saying it would have been a far better performance if we created chances and taken them in open play.

 

Not would that have been "comfortable" but far more satisfying.

We didn’t rely on them… but sure… however goals come it doesn’t matter, we weren’t in trouble and the score was 3 nil in 30 minutes. I’m fully satisfied with 3 wins from 3 and two of the hardest games already played and won

Nothing is ever good enough for some. Ever. No matter what. Also can't wait for Maddison to go to Newcastle to see if the LCFC fans who wet themselves with anger every time he didn't get every second on the pitch for England will be quite so passionate when he's not in a Leicester shirt.

Great result for us. Quietly going about our business. Steve Clark has his system, it suits the players we have and we just stick with it.
