I just know their keeper is going to have an absolute Worldy if they don’t drop him. He’s made Danny Ward look good in recent games. Tonight he makes save after save.

yeah sods law isn't it

Win Saturday would be huge as we're not even playing - Win Saturday and Monday after winning tonight and we'll be safe

I can see us setting up cautiously in this, if we do I think we’ll lose. For as long as I can remember this tactic hasn’t worked for us.

considering the last few fixtures, we really need to win this and Everton.

Rodgers probably would have set us up that way, but what makes you think Smith would? We clearly need to go for the win and he hasn't given any indication of being a conservative coach...

Win tonight and the confidence the team will get going into that Everton come next Monday, wow massive boost. Plus would put further pressure on Everton too.

Thought this myself yesterday.

Hope we’re wrong.

take some mega balls to go with this btw- out and out 424- wouldnt surprise me though- our best way out of this is without a doubt scoring more goals

Iverson

castagne   Faes  Soyuncu   Kristensen

             Tielemans   Soumare

Maddison         Kel                  Barnes

                          Vardy

Absolutely, his starting line up against Wolves, a better team than Leeds showed real attacking intent I thought and we were without Maddison and Barnes our two top goalscorers.

Would be surprised to see Barnes and Maddison both coming in. Both in the squad likely to see Barnes for last 30 and Maddison for first 60.

Win here and with two extra days rest compared to Everton could be a good boost too with them not playing Newcastle until Thursday night.

Same team as Saturday with Maddison for Daka and then Barnes replacing madders last 30 if the game isnt won.

This but Tielemans for Mendy.

If we get caught up in the magnitude of the game too much then we're at risk, especially with the home atmosphere.

Don't sit back and crumble under pressure, go for it and we'll sneak it!

First proper game I'm gonna see since Rodgers was sacked. It's the first time I've been excited to watch Leicester probably since the FA Cup final and that was only due to the occasion.

Let's have a big performance tonight!

I just personally thought he was the worst player on the pitch against Wolves. He's to expensive in regularly giving the ball away to the opposition and we were fortunate not to get more heavily punished because of him.

I do recognise that his lack of match fitness is in part responsible for his sloth like performances.

Mendy is not exciting but stands more chance of reclaiming the ball than Tielemans, rarely gives it a way, works far harder and links play better more regularly. The position we're in there's no room for a passenger to get fit.

I just had a listen to the Radio Leeds podcast from yesterday. It sounds like they're playing exactly like we were towards the end of Rodgers' time - bereft of identity and purpose, tactically confused, zero confidence, underperforming players being picked for every game while others are ignored, etc. They reckoned that the frustration among the fans is close to boiling point and that if we go ahead, the atmosphere is likely to get very ugly indeed. Gracia already sounded like a broken man in his press conference yesterday.

Let's do this, Leicester.

Looking at people's predicted line ups, I think we're on to a winner.

I'm basing that purely on the fact that the last time we had a Danish keeper whose name you lot couldn't spell, we were winning games.

It's IVERSEN ffs. I can get people struggling with Shc, Schch, Smeh.......Kasper, but this one is easy.

Come on, people. Focus.

I am expecting a fair few cards shown tonight. Hope Soy and a Faes keep their cool.

What are the betting odds for a red card ?

Agree. Wouldn't play both Tielemans and Maddison in this one. Need more defensive stability.
