Not sure how it can be proved otherwise, though. 

 

It's a noise as soon as its under the bat, and there's no clear daylight between bat and ball. Sensible conclusion is that it is bat and ball making slight contact. 

 

Also, Cummins seemed to debate it with the umpire, but you can guarantee if that's happening to Warner or Smith or any of their batsman, they wouldn't want it called out either after review.
