I think it is tough, very tough, if you haven’t got the squad we have. Not sure why people get uptight about it, we’ve spent £10m on a central midfielder

Can’t deny he does seem a promising manager though. Says some questionable things at times but all of his sides he’s managed have played good football.

Have seen managers get sent off for it before tbf so they will probably say it's consistency.
