The difference is, even if they don’t win this. Just the effort to try and get the win plays such a difference for the mentality of the players and fan base. When we’ve lost, drawn late, it’s always such a deflating feeling. Every single time. Giving up.

It’s a mentality issue, and that is when you need a real man manager like an O’Niell or Pearson
