Just don’t how to call this. It’s pointless trying to predict any results. It’s doing my head in if I being honest. How is it possible that the 3 teams who have gone head to head, winning against all in front of them, all of sudden none of us can’t buy a win. Totally bizarre 🫤

Our defence isn't porous though is it? We've basically been done twice in a weak by teams that have had one chance and taken it. It's our attacking play that has fallen off a cliff.

I see it as porous considering the last clean sheet was vs Sunderland, and that was only 1 of 2 in our last 13 league games (a 2 month period).

Attacking play has fallen off a cliff, and the defence are becoming leaky, if not already.

Or to put it another way, the last time we kept successive clean sheets was back in October, against Stoke and Preston.

Ipswich's next 2 games are away at Hull and Coventry, could be very interesting indeed

Yes and no. Neither side have anything to play for now realistically, especially cov

Perfect scenario now would be us just scraping first Southampton beating Leeds last game and beat the to second then ipswich and leeds both lose in the semi final of play offs

Any other season without us and I'd be rooting for Ipswich in all honesty

Hull definitely do. Win the game in hand and it's only 3pts off Norwich.

I advise not agonising over the permutations particularly as we've been rubbish the last two matches. You can play the games over and over in your head and then reality will arrive soon enough. Just surprised our cock up last night was not fully punished today

Next time Ipswich play it could be

Leicester 94

Leeds 93

Southampton 90

Ipswich 89

(Admittedly + games in hand on Leeds & Soton, and one on us)

You're right in that we don't keep enough clean sheets. But we are far from porous. We're conceding less than one goal per game on average. We have the second best goals against tally and xGA (behind Leeds). We've only conceded more than one goal on 7 occasions. 6 of our 10 defeats have been 1-0. We are definitely not porous.

Fair, perhaps porous is the wrong word. And I presume the first half of the season is doing a lot of heavy lifting for that goals against tally!

Weve only taken 10 points from a possible 30 we should be promoted already, 3 wins is asking for a lot but the home advantage should be key plus I don't think it will be as tight and park the bus tactics which would suit us better

We can predict all we want, we can assume all we want, all I know is it's going to be fecking horrible last 4 games and at the moment we have about as much form as Dakinbye In front of goal!

We are very fortunate that no one wants to get into that stinky premier league. Championship is where it's at!!!!
