Yep i was thinking the same when it showed the replay of him moving to his left as the ball went right and he leaned away watching it go past him.  Its been a typical ward performance.

Danny Ward, and the rest of the Wales players to be fair, were utterly horrendous.

Armenia, and Borussia Mönchengladbach seem to have a player on their hands in Grant-Leon Ranos. Be interested to see how he gets on in the Bundesliga next season.

I'm.glad people are finding Ward's performance and the reaction funny.

His continued presence at the club sickens me. I was relieved in those last couple of games he wasnt even on the bench. The guy is dangerous. Remember that Word Cup taff game off the bench? Within 10 minutes he'd destroyed the taffs chances.

One of the worst keepers in professional football. In the world. If it's on target, it's in. (Actually, even if it's off target, there's a chance he'll somehow spirit it in) What's the point of him if he can't save anything?

Sack him. Pay him off as we would a manager. Just get rid of this clown

I'm surprised that Hennessey was benched for this. What is Ward showing in training that he isn't showing on the pitch that keeps getting him picked???

I don't think I want to know

It's certainly not goalkeeping ability!

Can’t see us successfully getting rid of him, maybe a part funded loan? If he stays at LCFC he should be a 3rd Choice keeper. Just there to help in training and in the pre match warm up.

i think his time playing for us has shot his confidence big time, rodgers should have took him out the firing line for his own sake

To be fair he was out of the firing line for about 3 f***ing seasons. That didn't seem to do him any good!

I'm going to go against the grain a little as I'm not a fan of pile ons when the person in question isnt being nasty.

To give him historic, but currently irrelevant dues, he had a good Euros 2 years ago and was a solid back up/league cup keeper for a year or two.

Yes he was obviously awful this season of course but its not his fault he was picked as number 1 for so long and it's not his fault he was nowhere near good enough as a first choice premier league keeper and his confidence is obviously so shot that he doesnt look even look League 1 standard now.

It would be best for all parties if he went but who tf would will buy him?

Chances are we'll have Iversen as number 1 which I'm alright with anyway.

I agree. And my dislike of Ward isn't a personal one. As you say, he can't be blamed for bring selected.

But his position at the club is untenable. In the same way Kermogant's was.

Unfortunately, I don't think even a hugely subsidised part funded loan will find a taker. He needs to be paid off in full.

Is Finners watching? Ward to blame for any of the goals?

Saw the goals.

Some were well taken and with pace but certainly didn’t get close to anything it has to be said which you might hope an International would.

Must admit i can see see why you guys say he seems to react slowly or not at all !
