At this rate we are starting with 4CB and bringing a further 2 on late in the game.

I'm so glad the average fans are not managers.

 

He's played 4 games. He's not getting a sudden increase in gametime anytime soon so surely even yiu must agree its better for all involved he's playing elsewhere? 

 

 

Didn't watch the Birmingham away game then? His aerial win % is one of the highest out there.

 

Yes, if we could get someone to take him great, if not I'd rather have him on the bench than Coady.

He's a backs against the wall defender, some on here are still harping back to that Newcastle game. He's not a progressive passer which is what we're after, and we need pace next to Vestergaard. There's 3 reasons. He'd suit a team like Sheff Utd or Everton.

He’s a better player than Coady, certainly more useful weapons in his arsenal, for things we lack or might need more of in this division. I hope it’s only a loan because he’s a top division player, something we might need if Enzo isn’t here forever.

Your fault you little norris, you were asking me for evidence of his weapons. I've given you them. We were all over the shop vs Brum and he helped us see out the win. He has one of the highest aerial win % in the country. 

 

He's been MOTM in a few games he's played for us (Brentford away, Newcastle away).

 

We have the worst record out of the top 8 for conceding goals from set pieces and late goals is becoming a huge issue, with a few hours of the window to go it's evident he's staying here (unless the Saudi window is longer - Al Nassr did want him). So we might as well use him when we have slender leads with minutes to go.

Coady has been a bit underwhelming when he has played .

Souttar isn’t slow. He might not be rapid, but he is not slow. Socceroos Souttar has shown that time and time again.
