Met him, Vards and Coady last season at a golf resort. Vards and Coady were very forthcoming. Talked to us about golf and football. Winks just sat there like a mardy arse. Didn't say 2 words to us.

I defended him in pre-season but I was wrong. His attitude is terrible. He’s not welcomed the clean slate with open arms, he’s actively wanting to show everyone around him that he thinks he’s too good for the club. 
 

Get Valencia or whoever on the phone and offer to drive him over

Is everyone sure Winks hadn’t come over previously before the video was shot? Either way plenty of other players have walked straight off. It’s not great form but he might’ve been ready to blow his top with a teammate as he does usually applaud the fans. From a football perspective he still has to start for me whatever - we have no one in centre mid able to play creatively, and play those incisive passes forwards. Winks put some cracking passes through, today including a fabulous one to Ayew. Until there are better solutions available, removing him from the squad will make us significantly worse than we even are now

Maybe he's just an introvert. Not wanting to talk to strangers when you're out with your mates doesn't make you a mardy arse.

I will die on this hill get him out the club and i hope I never see him in a LCFC shirt again, stank the place out today and his reaction at the end speaks volumes. Would rather see Louis Page in his role, actually giving a shit and wanting to play for the badge and i bet he isn’t even on a tenth of what Winks earns.

I would use the word ‘earn’ loosely where most of these frauds are concerned.

He didn’t stink out the place today, he was one of our better players. The only bit of guile and creativity coming from our central midfield. Page is excellent but he’s a very different player and he’s very young.

Sorry disagree he played a few passes but out of possession he was weak as piss and barely broke sweat in transitions. We could sell him and replace him for a fraction of the wages and not see any drop off. He is soft as shite and has a crap mentality.

He's massively improved though. He's started looking in the general direction of the striker.

This clamour for him is pure cringe. He's been crap for 65% of the time he's been here and we treat him like he's above us. Extremely small-time mentality.
