westernpark Posted 28 May 2024 Posted 28 May 2024 This morning, I had this weird feeling that he’s gonna stay. I wouldn’t put it past Chelsea still using him to get for someone else. I’m quite apathetic towards him but this morning I’ve seen some backtracking from journalists that makes me think, it’s not a done deal yet!

Was a 6 minute ramble saying it was a done deal and that Chelsea fans can look forward to fast tempo and high pressured football (I kid you not 😂) Also said Enzo made it clear at the end of the season that he wasn’t happy with not being told about our financial situation etc etc 1
Popular Post VictorFox Posted 28 May 2024 Popular Post Posted 28 May 2024 On the plus side it’s an easy 6 points next season…just sit 11 men behind the ball and hit them on the counter 15

Guillaume twathead has already posted his twitter video explaining that its all Leicesters fault and Enzo is the football messiah who will bring energetic attacking football to Chelsea. Its done, he's gone, it's just final contract shizzle to sort out. Time to worry about who we might appoint. Wouldn't put it past our lot to get in Naythan Jones. 2
Mark_w Posted 28 May 2024 Posted 28 May 2024 Can this go through if they can’t extricate Harry Winks from his backside or do they have to buy him as well? 1

I’m definitely worried about who we might appoint but it might be denial based on the fact I got him leaving to Chelsea at 5/1, and it would make a nice end of the month bonus 🤣 1

I have a few Chelsea season ticket holders in my family. They hate everything about any management of the club at any time. Even when they were winning all the managers were not good enough. They already hate Enzo, and he's not even signed his contract yet. No chance do they sell out a meet Enzo night. 1
Popular Post Marshall Cockney Fox Posted 28 May 2024 Popular Post Posted 28 May 2024 The mere fact that he's interested. Is enough for me to want a new manager. We have a long journey ahead. But if the guvnor has itchy feet already. He's not the man for me. 5

The smug 'speak through someone' else crap doesn't sit well with me. I don't want to hear through him what 'Enzo' wants and likes. Hated the little video he did at Preston - he looked like someone who had never been to a game before with his contrived smug grin. Didn't help that i couldn't get tickets, but that video was very much filmed looking down at everyone. Had Sunak levels of smugness about it. However, they need to shut up about the financial situation for 2 reasons. Firstly, Enzo should have been much more wise to it. Our finances were there to see in plain site and the sort of money he is on you would think he could have done his due diligence much better. Secondly, Enzo is migrating over the 2nd scummiest club in the world when it comes to finances and Chelsea are a club treading a murky fine line in the world off FFP, post suspiciously having the slate wiped clean after their Russian messiah used all that stolen oil money to his advantage. It's a club that buys anything with 2 feet and a slightly exoting sounding name. I suppose Balague's video's might be quite funny once Boehly starts insisting certain players start or he starts deciding what the formation should be. Balague's videos will be really funny once the boo's ring out around Stamford Bridge, which they do even if Chelsea win. 7
Tuna Posted 28 May 2024 Posted 28 May 2024 Yeah I don't by the not knowing about the finances excuse, it's just deflection. Our finances were in the public domain, he had to have known. If he is mardy about Sensi then so what, we aren't paying for a crock midfielder that we didn't need. 1
Fazzer 7 Posted 28 May 2024 Posted 28 May 2024 There's no loyalty in football these days. Players and managers alike go to whoever pays them the most. Next season is a write off already with this and the pending points deduction, relegation will surely follow. This club seems to go from one calamity to the next. Where and when will we get some stability. 1

We hired the right manager last summer so much so that a richer more powerful club want him and are prepared to pay us 8 figures to have him. If we hired the wrong manager last summer we stay in the championship and no one wants our manager. 2

brookfox Posted 28 May 2024 Posted 28 May 2024 I’d love to see the look on his face when the Chelsea owners sign another striker and tell Enzo he needs to play 2 up top!
