Do you know  why Georgia is so succesfull within harmony as a whole team and why its manager so succesfull 

Simple.

Below you can see Georgia squad names:

And what is their manager name : Willy Sagnol.

So if we change name the players with ending the same just like the manager' name ending,  success happen easily.
