Well…. I guess I’m guilty of seeing what I want to see…. Nice hit!  Not the perfect hit, but a nice hit 👍🏼

My man !

It basically just hit him on the foot.

I'm not sure that he even knew anything about it.

What I can’t understand is if he was signed with the pending points deduction/cutting costs….why not show faith in our academy players?

Reid was surely not brought in with expectations to be a regular starter and with our financial worries/potential restrictions seemed such a no brainer to me.

If only you had provided his scouting report.

It could have saved us a lot of money!

Nobody listens mate. I got banned for my succinct scouting report on Ghazzal. He was shite.

He's obviously not, fulham, a decent prem side sere wanting to extend his contract and you just have to look at the reception he got when we played them, they obviously rated him

For whatever reason it's not worked out yet

Not even in the match day squad yesterday.

So why are we all of a sudden slagging him off?

Last season for Fulham he played in about 1400 minutes in the league, so somewhere short of half the available minutes.  He had a goal involvement (6/2) every 177 minutes. He's not had that in the league for us yet.  I don't think he's goiig to get anywhere near that for us as he won't be the one turned to off the bench as he was at Fulham.

He has been a body on the pitch and that's it really. He's not offered anything other than running. But he's not had much time, and I don't think he'll be getting much so for him it's all going to be about moments.  If we bring him off the bench to waste some time and he carries on as we've seen he'll have a very unnoteworthy time here.  But if he does one or two things in those brief minutes he gets it could drastically change perception of him.

Like some of our other business in the summer I think the signing was partly about prepping for the possibility of going straight back down.  Though question marks would be raised about whether he could do a job at that level right now.

Would we have signed him if we'd already got Ayew?  With Ayew, Mavididi,  Fatawu and McAteer, with Bouanotte and E lKhanouss being able to play in different positions, we have surplus attacking players.  The surplus also blocks Alves progress.

His performances have been non existent. I've never seen a professional footballer at the top two levels offer so little

But surely marginally better than Edoaurd - hopefully he can go back soon? I think BCR was still in contact discussions with Fulham when we signed him - I presume he thought he could get 3 years of decent wages for doing little to nothing.

Ffs, just when I thought Cooper had finally sussed BdcR, we find out it's only due to injury.

He'll be back stinking out the gaff asap

Some plonkers think he’s not muck - clearly he’s only here for the money

i think Cooper was probably promised:brendan: a bigger budget to get the premier league experience he preferred and likely didnt know we are grandmasters at not being able to move on deadwood to free up funds.

I'll give Cooper the benefit of the doubt that Ayew and Reid wouldnt be here if he wasnt so crippled by the way this club is run.

Then don't play him. Like Eduardo
