Don’t want to be ultra negative but even if we win tomorrow that’ll be 1 win in 7. Having already played Fulham, Palace and Everton as well as Bournemouth. Hardly inspiring stuff going forward.
Oh and not forgetting the impressive win on penalties against Walsall……

It's been awful but Fulham and Bournemouth are not bad sides and shouldn't be put in the same category as Palace and Everton.

Tomorrow will be a tough game.

Palace finished above both last season.

That was last season. Palace since lost one of their best players.

I'm judging on now. The league table now.

Although Fulham have done well so far I really didn’t think anything of them when we played them. They went 2-1 up and seem to settle for that. If we’d of showed some sort of attacking threat second half I think we’d of got at least a draw out of it. Instead we didn’t even have a shot on target second half. Pathetic.

Just seen an article speaking about why Steph and Fatawu haven’t played together and it said it was because Cooper brings one winger inside. But why tf does he not do this

                              Hermansen

     Faes.                 Ndidi.             Okoli

                Ricardo.            Skipp

Fats.  Buonannotte.     Mavers Kristiansen

                        Vardy/Edouard

Surely this would be so much better with having both our best wingers playing, no Justin and ndidi playing a role he actually knew before a year in the championship

No Winks  ?

We can’t be expecting to many wins, 38 premier league games at Forest in 22/23 averaged 1 point a game, 17 premier league games in 23/24 averaged  0.82 points

he’s currently averaging 0.5 points a game

its pretty clear to me that the club went for cooper cos no one else wanted the job in the circumstances.......now we don't have a points deduction we need to get rid and get someone who understands where the opposition goal is...... won't happen as the board are spineless and TOP seems unable to lead.... very sad considering what Vichai did for the club

I agree. It was a weird game because I walked away thinking they didn't get out of second gear to beat us and we didn't offer much of a threat.

They were clearly dominant when they beat Newcastle the other week though.

Winks doesnt suit playing under Cooper. He's not a player who is comfortable out of possession and relies on having passing options which the system doesnt provide for him.

It's allegorical for what appears to be happening at Seagrave.

Poor management leading to employees performing below their abilities and expectations.

I know. I was pulling your leg. Maybe I was too subtle. I'll work on it. All the best.

Moyes or Coberan  or Potter

I can't see Corberan wanting to leave, West Brom doing well at the moment plus our lot seemed to baulk at paying compensation last time.

I  can't say Potter convinces me personally but I can't really justify that. I think Moyes could be a decent shout and has the experience to turn things round.

Moyes would just be Cooper 2.0 - negative football.

Potter would at least give us a definitive style of play, a bit like last season.

Potter isn’t coming here.

That's my concern with Moyes but he did get West Ham a Euro cup, not sure if this group would be suited to him though

Fair comment, I don't think he works hard enough for the team.

Also he's needs players running for him but most times he takes the easy option too often. As it's usually only Vardy as the outlet.

Under Maresca he would have Vardy dropping deep, Dewsbury Hall, Ricardo, Ndidi etc to pass to, now all our other players struggle to find space. It's not just him taking the easy option, the players are no longer in the right position to receive a pass.

Knew it all along, if he can perform vs Barca for Seville, we've been using him wrong.Screenshot_20241004_101851_Chrome.thumb.jpg.b3276f056ca2489594fd26e7e90c7ac9.jpg

Was this on fifa easy mode?

Even Coopers press conferences are pathetic every time he’s on all he goes on about is the team coming up from the championship and the struggle to transition to the premier league. Is his knowledge that poor of our squad that we literally have 3 players in there that has never played premier league football before. So far out of his depth that it’s always someone else’s fault

Yes I don't think we should begrudge any fans their time in the sun.

I just hope they c*ck it up like we have

Clubs like Villa and Brighton get praise for sticking it to the big guns but we will never see a small unfashionable club win the league.

The Premier League learned their lesson after us and now sanctions are in place to prevent the little guy climbing too high (FFP + VAR)

In that set up, Fats makes more tackles than Faes…

I’ve changed my mind, I’m feeling positive….

2-1 city……..

Until Bournemouth score a 94th minute equaliser, following some stoic defending.

2-2…….
