Unabomber Posted 2 November 2024 Posted 2 November 2024 The lack of any tactical plan is crazy. We have no identity at all. Really really bad.

Mike Oxlong Posted 2 November 2024 Posted 2 November 2024 Our season is set up for Cooper to wing it through to the last day when we get relegated
splinterdream Posted 2 November 2024 Posted 2 November 2024 i think to get a team playing with the players we have is a tough ask, but i think theres a better chance with a better manager

That's not tactical genius, just absolute basics and hope. 2
RoanClawson Posted 2 November 2024 Posted 2 November 2024 10 games 10 points, point a game and we stay up 🤷♂️ Don’t get me wrong he hasn’t been great and we were largely outplayed today by a poor Ipswich side which is obviously not ideal. BUT This season was never going to be easy, today he played the team that everyone on this forum would play and his subs got us something from the game. If we just get behind him you never know… could pull out some decent results this season. Maybe I’ve over optimistic idk

Claudio Fannieri Posted 2 November 2024 Posted 2 November 2024 The similarities with Puel when he seemed to pull a result out his arse or muster a bit of comeback when on the verge of a trouncing just kept papering over the cracks, let’s be honest we have taken 5 out of 9 points against what I would class relegation rivals and in all 3 we have been very poor for large parts only to get out of jail in all 3 as good as it is we have amassed the points we have, it could and should have been a lot worse, on balance of play we should have lost all 3. He is woeful and if the hierarchy of the club has the best interests of the club at heart they part company next week and look to recruit a higher calibre manager, there is more than enough, talent, heart, endeavour and quality to finish above the relegation.zone however I think Coopers luck will run out and it will only be a matter of time before the players stop getting him out of jail.

markko Posted 2 November 2024 Posted 2 November 2024 Another 5 minutes and we would have scored again. We are not going to just turn up and win. We need to scrap for everything. They are scrapping. I have heard people slate Ayew yet he has scored vital goals. Give Cooper a chance, that is all he would ask. We have six tough looking games. If we get more than 3 points then I will be surprised. Just get behind the team. They will need us this season. 1

It’s not been great, but we would look pretty stupid sacking a manager now. everyone keeps saying papering over the cracks, but they keep going to the end. squad is not great either, but this season is all about results I think I agree with you Its absolutely about results and wining the league of the bottom 4. The point today is massive as it stopped 3pts for Ipswich and didn’t allow them close the gap. Its going to be ugly but I do feel he can still get results 2

Vazman Posted 2 November 2024 Posted 2 November 2024 If the powers that be at LCFC are serious about having learned lessons, having watched that, and previous, and looking at what's ahead the only sensible decision they should reach is to replace Cooper, our luck will run out eventually, please do NOT leave it till the last safe moment act now.
Sol thewall Bamba Posted 2 November 2024 Posted 2 November 2024 Don't let a late equaliser at ten man Ipswich cloud your judgement. OUT.
