I remember a girl who sits near us crying when Rodger’s out was being chanted. Weird

Must've been Old Chapstick's daughter

definitely was being chanted yea. it's the home crowd that are apathetic about him

I’d say a good proportion of the home crowd are equally as upset with Cooper’s (mis)management as the away fans (many are both tbf.) It’s just much more difficult to start an off the cuff chant at a home match than it is away as the fans are spread over 3/4 of the stadium. It won’t be long however until ‘Cooper Out’ chants are heard across the KP and at away games if he continues with his current trajectory.

Fingers crossed this is true.

Urgent  meeting has held between Cooper and JR regarding poor performance of team. The following schedules are too hard to overcome the current situation which is affecting cooper chances of staying longer. The official announcement will soon follow. Cooper soon 👋 #LCFC #SC

Is it possible someone can storm in and sack them both??

Even on the 0.5% this meeting is true.. all Cooper needs to say is “i will keep you up “ and rudkin and top will be sold.

Cooper clearly needs to go but he's just a symptom of the rot that has set in at the club, not the cause. He shouldn't have been given the job in the first place. Are we ever going to reach a point where enough people start challenging the cult of personality around Top/King Power rather than focusing the anger at the manager and board? There isn't a single aspect of the club working well and that is down to the ownership. We could appoint the second coming of Alex Ferguson, they will still be operating under the same constraints as Cooper.

We have extortionate ticket costs, pricing out new fans in a struggling working class city. For most games, you need to buy a membership to even give you the opportunity to buy a single ticket due to their weird resistance to general sale. They charged £25 for a physical season ticket to force people to move to mobile and had to be shamed into donating it to charity instead.

The stadium expansion is on hold indefinitely with no updates from the club, it clearly isn't getting built any time soon, if ever. The concourse is full of poor options, overpriced and slow. The club actively resist any attempts to improve the atmosphere. We continue to sign dodgy crypto and forex traders as sponsors. We invited a bus full of influencers to pretend to care about Leicester for a day so Top and Co can show off back home, only for them to go back to supporting Liverpool and United the second they got back to Heathrow. Rodgers was rightfully sacked for 2022/2023 but the people who allowed the embarrassment to happen are still here after the 'review'. We were a team challenging for top 4 reduced to winning legal battles on technicalities due to the poor financial management.

Maybe the club will surprise us and pick an exciting replacement when they finally act. More than likely it will be someone just as tactically inept with 'Premier League Experience' like Lampard reading the same script we give every new signing, praising the great and benevolent Khun Top. Nothing will change while King Power continue to reward loyalty more than competence.

Here here.

Cooper out but more importantly, KP out.

The saddest thing is I'm not even arsed. Somethings changed in me this season and I no longer really care. That's not a sign I'm behind the manager or aware of the difficult challenge he and we face. Far from it, he's one of the worst PL managers that's graced this league in years but the culmination of the decisions this club has or hasn't made has made me lose so much passion and emotion.

I do worry if this will remain. Never ever thought I'd feel this way, anger and bitterness were always there as was elation and obsession but this is pathetic.

Likewise. Seems like a lot of people agree with you as well, not good.

I think he will get the next 4 games (not that I agree with it) with 3 of those being at home and the other at Brentford who are a decent outfit but not a place we couldn't shithouse a point from. If we're in the drop zone then I thing the trigger is pulled, will give them time to get someone through the door and assess the squad for 4 or 5 games and get a Jan transfer window to add what they need (if we have any left in the tank after spunking 25 million on Skipp)

Just hope that other teams around us haven't already acted and brought in guys we would want, and we end up scrambling in the bargain basement for a manager like we did this summer. We already know Rudders doesn't appoint anyone outside the UK, so the target list would be Potter, Moyes, Van Nistelroy, Lampard etc.

There has been smatterings of reports of the club being unconvinced by him. Given at times it easier to get news out of North Korea than anything regards the inner workings of the club, I am not sure in this instance that no news does not necessarily mean his position is not under scrutiny.

if he does survive this international break, the first game back vs Chelsea will be an interesting dynamic, especially given the return of Maresca et al and if we end up on the end of a sobering scoreline and performance then I think it will turn pretty toxic, there was audible boos at the end of the Forest game as there was yesterday as well, on top of Cooper cutting a fairly lonely figure in the centre circle at he end of the Carabao Cup mauling against United, all is far from well and I genuinely think the end is close, I will be amazed if he is still here come the turn of the year.

Genuinely believe the board will only act once we hit bottom 3. Also, I've seen discontent from players and fans but not from the higher ups which is my concern.

Cooper turns up, his only ask is "premier league experience" and we recruit completely aimlessly and waste cash.

Hideous.

Our club is run by a very small group of people, none of whom ever speak to the media. Even if there were moves to get rid of him, most journalists wouldn't know about it until it's actually happened.

It comes down to whether the owners genuinely believe Cooper will keep us up. As long as they believe he will, he won't be sacked. But as soon as they lose faith him him, he'll be gone. Personally I don't think he'll be sacked during this international break, but a couple more losses might well do for him.

I understand about the club are usually tight lipped. I worry they'll only act once we hit bottom 3. Guess, I'm just hoping that there would be something leaked he's under pressure and due to recent behaviour the board are likely to act when it's close to being too late.

Do we get a refund on some of the players that he bought to?

Surely some lawyer can find a loophole to say we are still in the 14 day cooling off period (it's just been worded wrong) 🤪

I wanted him to do well, but once the scenario of playing out of position starts and chopping changing it's the usual recipe that only goes one way.

And he also looks miserable 😕

As for the coaching staff... they never really got introduced... i still don't know who is who!

And after the free kicks/corners yesterday... don't give a fcuk either 🙃

Sorry Steve 😕 it's not personal

Interesting though even though he's been poor as manager, he's not the worst Leicester manager yet... Sousa I think still holds that.

Megson was the pits, thank god it was only a short time

Yes you have to go back to Sousa - we were in the Championship then though - Copper will take us down to the 3rd division if you give him enough time - absolutely shocking - Not even remotely competent
