I actually don’t think the gap is increasing…… when you consider Fulham and Bournemouth have recently gone down and come back again, Forest managed to stay up. 
 

I think this season is down to two teams who are having off field issues in us and Southampton (as per JWP message prior to their relegation), and Ipswich arguably came up too soon, and just haven’t added enough quality. 
 

I don’t think if you sat down and went through any season it’s too far from the norm. I just think this season is particularly bad through poor recruitment. 
 

Clever recruitment is the remedy.
