I hope he is item one on every agenda at Rudkin and Glovers 1:1's with their direct reports and at monthly board meetings.

Everything that is wrong with this football club can be traced from decisions such as this.

He wasn’t useless in the famous 3 v Villa. The thing about our midfielders is each is lacking a certain quality to make playing 2 (with 2 central defenders) suicide.

I would say the whole team lacks two things.

I am in the lay off him camp, not his fault Rudkin put a target on his back he was once one of the best championship players a few years ago and im sure if we play him in whatever his actual position is next season he will likely be one of our best players in a promotion bid.

For £25m, you’d hope he’d be one of our better championship players.

If he’s one of our better Championship players next year we are well and truly fcuked. He had one good season for Norwich when he was thinking he had a bright future at Spurs. His optimism has been crushed by his rejection by Spurs and subsequently by his dawning realisation that he is now 5th choice behind Ndidi, Bouba, Winks and an out of position Ricardo at a club that is one of the worst squads to ever disgrace the Premier League.

HE'S TWENTY FOUR? I thought he was about 21, he should be coming into the prime of his career and he can't even make the bench for £25m. I can't SPPAAAAAEEKK

No-one Can Speehhhhhhhhhhhhhhk !

At £25m he is a total failure, but let's be fair that deal was clearly some sort of PSR fix-up with the Winks and Madison.

I'd imagine the real cost was nearer £10-15m, but still one of the worst deals we've ever done😂

I think you give him a run of games, WInks, Soumare have both been crap.

What do we lose by giving him 5-10 games.

He's had quite a few games and offered nothing, Either in defence ot attack. Soumare has all the attributes to be a top top player.

Winks offer a little but was the cause of a lot of the Goals we conceeded. But at least he can play football.

I just don't see how Skipp can offer us anything and was a poor signing for which someone should be sacked.

A player that has absolutely no awareness whatsoever of what is going on around him doesn’t have all the attributes to be a top player..

watch him for 90 mins and you will very quickly change your mind on him.

offers nothing, doesn’t get near a man or track back until it is too late..

doesn't offer assists, creativity or goals ..

£ for £ the worst signing we’ve ever made.

musa was shocking but obviously did show glimpses of talent, I can underStand why a scout took a punt on him.

slimani, right player wrong time.

Silva, mismanagement off the pitch cost him. his ability wasn’t the issue really, even if he was vastly overpriced.

but with skipp, everyone knew he wasn’t worth a fraction of it. He’s never shown any signs of quality that we’d need other than running a lot. And we already had players in his position that were clearly better than him.  The scout that recomneded him, or accepted that coppers request was reasonable needs sacking as well as the idiot dof who haggled that price.  Best case scenario with this season would have been him being slightly better than winks…. What a thing to aim for

I'd have to disagree, I have watched him and he is getting better the more he settles into the team.

He's exactly the type of player we need more off, Big and Strong who can actually play. We just need him to develop a rough side as well as offering more committment in games.

I think Ruud is working with him trying to get him taking more responsibility on the Ball.

I think we are going to have to sell who we can when we go down.. offers for winks? Sell and keep skip. Offers for Soumarè and skip? Sell both.

just sell absolutely everyone we get a good offer for.

truly feels like we have to rip this squad up and start again.

He will never be a top player, his 26, what do you think going to change?

He's doesn't score goals or assists and can't defend.

He's inconsistent, which makes he a nightmare to play with.

In a match he can go from the sublime to the stupidity in the space of seconds.

What's he actually good at?

he did do a nice little dink off the inside of his ankle to get past a player, yesterday..

What has he actually contributed?  I don’t recall many (any?) progressive passes leading to a chance from him. He’s also unable to manage possession consistently - often caught on possessions and lacks the pace or desire to recover. And he’s got worse the last few games
