I think we all know how this will play out.. he probably is all done but the club will string it out so it's a deadline day midnight announcement when there's a total meltdown because we've not signed someone whose actually going to put the ball in the net.

Wouldn’t be suprised if they are delaying this announcement incase any other deals fall through between now and tomorrow so they have something to announce tomorrow to soften the blow of a quiet deadline day
