If they were 1. Bundesliga clubs and they wanted to start him we should have done it. Bellingham and Sancho blossomed playing over there.

Our good young players have absolutely no luck at all with injuries - he was doing really well on loan at Oxford so far as well

These things genuinely **** us. We've got a very decent set of youth about to immediately mature at the same time and they're all getting career threatening injuries. It's sickening.

What a blow for the lad and us. Remarkably, the website posted this update an hour ago. The left hand and the right hand of our Club seem totally detached

 

 

Ben Nelson was forced off just over an hour into Oxford United’s 1-0 triumph over Hull City at Kassam Stadium last Tuesday, due to injury, and missed the U’s latest league outing – a narrow defeat to Watford.

The defender has made a positive impact since joining Des Buckingham’s newly promoted side, but it remains to be seen if he will be available to return to their squad when hosting Middlesbrough next weekend.
