depends who it is, our owners have been very good for us for a long time, if there was a Leicester supporting Tony Bloom great, but a Hicks & Gillette type owners would be a disaster

Very true, I think any new investment is a lottery and like you say if we get the wrong investors could be a disaster.

Ownership is about managing the business of the club. Since Vichai senior passed our owners have been about as much use as Anne Franks drum kit, mismanagement from the top down, no accountability, financially wazzed up the wall one of the biggest cumulative incomings from transfers over 5 years in the history of sport, fans are no longer fans they are customers. Bring on new owners.

Must be masses of good ones wanting to invest in Leicester.FFS

Careful what you wish for.  Getting new owners would be rolling the dice. They may be better but could be a lot worse !!!

Are these owner loans? Could it be a reaction to the man city case? Maybe they’re anticipating new legislation being brought in and are tidying up to prevent ourselves being hamstrung by it.

That's what I was thinking. We had/are about to have a meeting with the PL about it aren't we so it might be us adjusting to new policy.

They are loan facilities that we have taken out previously guaranteed against transfer fees owed to us by other clubs and future Prem monies

They are all paid up/will have ended by now so it is just going to be the club tidying them up

Completely agree with this, same thing happened 3 years ago, it’s just the club tidying up

My guess is it has something to do with the Accident.

Restricted or Frozen Assets now being released.

The legalities around such an horrific event are probably now coming to fruition.

So just clearing out the loans we used to tide us over.

Everything was going great until that sad night. I'm sure we'll get back on our original plan soon.

KP are going nowhere.

This is housekeeping and a tweet to generate clicks. It’s a nothing story. Should know better from a “financial expert”

Yep, something or nothing story with incredibly long odds on something.

True ... they have been great for the club and the city ... but sometimes a change can be good and also have a restructure and a good shake up ... New voices new ideas .... but never forget what has been mostly good times

Just hearing about Amanda Staveley and her husband looking to invest in the spuds pity they couldn’t just  pop up to Leicester and enjoy rebuilding us into a quality club again other than that What about the lad who was a relative of the king of Brunai who played for  our development team ,surely his billions would come in useful and he must have the right  people who could also invest ?
