If he can stay bloody fit, then I wouldn’t be surprised if we try for Jeremiah St Juste at Sporting Lisbon.

Was linked to Leicester before he joined Sporting, would add some much needed pace to the defence, plus he’s Dutch 👍🏻

Rather we are liquidated immediately.

An injury prone defender with the pace of Usain Bolt, what’s not to love.

If we send Edouard back we have 1 PL loan and 2 non-PL loans available (thinking Dutch league)

leave us a minimum of 3 permanent signings required - get your chequebook out Top else we’re away to Wrexham next season

Easily 5 players. I suspect Buonanotte is going back to Brighton (not our choice). Edouard should be sent back too. That means we need at least a CB, a RW, and LW, ST and RB.

If we can shift some players (not likely, given our history), we could do with an 8 and a 10 too.

We need a whole new backline.  The lot.

I thought before it's too much but seriously they're muck.  Vesty is the only one decent enough on the ball to warrant making a case for, but being slow as fxxk it mitigates his more favourable attributes.  We can't afford to sit deep with these players, and it affects the whole setup.  There's too much space between everyone, and that's because our entire defensive line is so slow, of mind as much of body, so we can't play higher up.  We can get away with one CB without pace if the other 3 around them are rapid enough to cover.  Right now we've got slow players in every position starting at the back.  We sit deep.  It renders Mads attributes as an outfield keeper redundant (though at present that's not a thing) so if you're going to sit in you need to be well drilled and solid, Dychelike. We're not.  And we've not got the players to be.

We need an entire overhaul of the defence.  This backline isn't far off the one that took us down.  We've got VK, Faes, JJ, Vestegaard who couldn't get into the side that went down and Coady a player who couldn't get into the side that finished one place above us that season.  And presently Ward is the icing on that cake.  A cake made of shit.

Vestergaards ability on the ball is irrelevant if he can’t head a simple ball away

Saying we **** PSR off, which looks for all the world a complete paper tiger considering Notts Forest bussed players in and got a slap on the wrist, I'd have to say we go big. We have to. Only way we survive.

A complete back four. LB, CB and RB. Only Vestegaard can control a football, and even then he needs to be someone who can move beyond a glacial pace.

Winger. If not two.

A right nasty bastard in midfield to break up opposition play.

Striker.

The problem is that we need good quality transfer business, and trusting Rudkin with that kind of transfer budget is like trusting a fart after a Maryland Chicken you ordered last night and warmed up in the microwave to ward off your hangover.

Tajon Buchanon RB  25 Pro's Versatile, rapid.  Cons, not playing RB since Inter transfer, possibly loan only, previous injuries.

Boselli CB 21 P: Quick, good on the ball, 1 year left on his deal in January. C:

Gomez CB 21 P: As above, contract ends Dec 26, LEFT footed! C:

Hato LB 18 P: Good at everything. Can play CB as well as LB to a high standard. C: Ajax player, will presumably cost a fxxking fortune!

Flamingo CDM 21 P: Strong, comfortable on the ball, can play CB, an ever present in all clubs. Has played abroad already. C: Only in his first year at PSV, would cost.

Sooooo probably just get someone 35 with 6 months on their contract for £10mill.

I'd start getting some shrewd business done for the championship next year. We can promise them a few months of prem football. When in reality they'll be fighting for us to get top half next year after the efl points deduction.

If we go down, we will be done. The EFL are going to destroy us. It will be enough points deducted to relegate us from the off.

The club needs to sit down now and get the club in order so we don’t become Bolton. Some forward planning for once and damage limitation policies. But it won’t happen, we will end up pissing this season away, go down and end up in a complete ****ing mess….. I genuinely think our future is in jeopardy…..

21 games left

Sheffield United had 21 games left after 17 played last season.

Aston Villa had 21 to play after 17 in 2015/16.

Derby the same in whenever it was, 2006/07.

Sunderland the same on the couple of occasions they have stunk out this division.

Its just numbers counting down to the inevitable.

For one, I’d rather see some strategic, sensible forward planning for the club to be stronger in future.

This is a consistent view of mine also. I have been particularly interested in those out on loan and how they are doing as my view since we were promoted is that it would be a one season stop (though for a while we were expecting a points deduction so I’m sure this was a large reason why). The points deduction is not there now but there is zero, absolutely zero chance there are 3 worse sides come seasons end. Wolves were our hope and they just absolutely smashed us without us laying a glove on them in our own back yard.

This is my fear. I think El Khannouss is a great prospect but Buonanotte is better. So the only reason for not playing Buonanotte is because he is going back. Perhaps Ruud has two new loan players lined up.

The dream would be a couple of United's players fancy strolling around our World Class Training base for the remainder of the season. I hope at least one of them is exciting attacking wise- which side of the pitch does Rashford play?

However, I'd imagine it will be a full back and a centre back. We need a Huth to come in and save us (although who do you partner him with?).
