I think we’ve got the new manager lined up. Just going through the formalities… the media are just chucking previously linked names along with the obvious ones around…. The man probably is in there…… we will see!

You have way too much confidence in our ability to think that far ahead. I'd be surprised if we have someone in before Saturday, cue the grand reveal at the West Ham game

If you’re in to the tactical side of the game then this piece is great and super informative re Corberan.

I think moyes would be the safest option, doesn't play the most attractive football but we just need some stability and his wealth of knowledge managing in the PL could be crucial to keeping us up. If not, and we're going to take a gamble, I'd rather we hired someone outside of this country. I don't think, RVN or Corberan are the answer.

Won nothing. Achieved nothing. No idea why he is even being mentioned. Cooper has a much better CV and look at how that turned out. We can and should do better.

Didn't he get a poor Huddersfield team to the play offs? Incidentally the game that Cooper got Forest promoted in. He's massively achieved there and also at West Brom. Tactically sound. Just no prem experience.

Was assistant to Bielsa in the prem with Leeds.

Someone mentioned Lampard and Gerrard. They were always a mismatch in their time as England players and have both flunked in EPL management. So a perfect fit.

Other than that, it has to be Moyes till the end of the year. Extend if we finish top 5 or look for someone younger and more into positive players and positive play. Leicester City has been bore fest football for the best part of three years now.

We typically say we need a manager with prem experience, but out of the current prem managers, about 13 of them had no prem experience when taking on their current position. That includes all the top six. Maybe it isn’t the most important thing?
