He's managed 4 games in the league and has 1 win, 1 draw and 2 losses (admittedly one very bad one) vs Barca and Real Madrid. Hard to say he's doing anything good or bad yet. Valencia might have one of the worst owners in world football, too.

Are you talking about Corberan's first 4 games of Ruud's?

Tbh, I find these apologists in here who meekly support the Dutchman's weirdo decisions worse than the buffoon himself.

Every week the meek, yes men apologists trot out;

'Oh but Ayew's stats are better then Buonnotte'

'Buonnotte gave the ball away v Fulham'

'Ayew helps the full back'

'BdcR had two 'assists' v Spurs'

'You can't play two flair players'

Okoli is homesick , Stephy is lazy blah blah

I don't care what the fcking stats say. Buonnotte, Stephy Okoli Daka and, yes, even Skipp would improve the starting xi from the garbage we have to watch

Mavididi has been absolutely rancid for about a year now. It's pretty clear why the lad from Derby wasn't even good enough to play for Derby, he's not got the attitude or mentality to succeed at the top level. We have top many player like that, too many quitters, too many who would rather walk away and hide than roll up their sleeves and fight. The whole squad is pathetic and not good enough. Funnily enough I could accept them not being good enough if they put up a decent fight, ran for 90 minutes, gave their all. Very few of those players could look at the fans today and say they gave it all. It's been like this for 3 years.

Born in Derby, lived in London. Played for Juventus and a decent sized Ligue 1 club. Bit of a bizarre pop but agree with the sentiment

If he was good enough he'd have stayed at Juventus, he isn't. He also was at Arsenal for a bit, just generally shows how he is, some raw talent but never quite git what it takes for whatever reason.

Plenty of players didn’t make it those clubs and ended up decent players. Just seems an off comment about him, although your point is valid

Having watched him this season I think his attitude is appalling. I'd expect him to be giving it a good go, giving his all, making the most of his time in the Premier League instead he seems to be going though the motions. I'm convinced he could do better but only if he has the desire to do so. I'm not sure he does.

Get him gone.

I've paid actual money that I've earnt with my labour for that.

Either he ****ing refunds me or he can get the hell out of here.

Truly inexcusable.

It wasn’t the high line, so much, but the simply fact we couldn’t handle the long punt up the field for the 1st 2 goals. Weak and pathetic defence😡😡

Let’s not pretend the issues were not there v Spurs. 3 times they pumped it forward and were through. They just didn’t score. Completely lost faith in him and his decision making is atrocious.

There’s a lot of players who wouldn’t be good enough for Juventus but way to

good for us so doesn’t really make sense

Of course, but he's not good enough for the Premier League. Championship player at best.

Keep an eye out later/in the morning.

It was expected we'd lost against Spurs and he'd be gone.

Turgid atmosphere at the training ground, manager screaming at the players regularly losing the plot, loaning out young assets who were hungry to try to break the first team...

Mutual Consent = There will be some agreement on compensation, not the full package.

Decision by Top probably made at Half-time.

What time tomorrow morning?

Looking back on the game, there's two schools of thought.

1 - Ruud has to be at fault for the selection of Vestegaard and Faes and deploying a terrible high line against a team that press and run constantly and will over-run midfield.

2- Ruud isn't at fault for the shambolic defending that is comical.

Watching Match of the Day, I think it shows you how just embarrassing the defence was today.

But that’s our whole squad, not one of the

is really true premier league quality BEK and Facundo maybe but both very inconsistent other than that its very championship, Mav is a very streaky player but I mean is a managers responsibilities not to get the best out of his players
