Rudd isn't the problem. I think he will be a decent manager somewhere where he is backed. I feel sorry for him, he's been given a load of steaming turd to work with.

Well at the moment he’s making Dooper look good…..

He's got absolute horse shit to work with though.

The Cooper games were equally awful, we won games we didn't deserve to win. I just have absolutely no idea what the club is trying to do, what direction is it heading in?

Rubbish

He’s a turd of a manager and should never be here.

zero experience and his results are appalling  and he should be gone.

Will end the season with just the lucky win against Spurs imo

So many on here still fooled by the cashmere and keen give the guy a free pass.

He's dreadful. Woeful.

And he's that bad because our DoF and Owner don't know how to appoint a manager. Doesn't not make him dreadful tho.

Would the club really have lied to him about transfers or simply tell him we needed to sell before buy?

So not really a lie but perhaps Ruud underestimated the boards ability to shit on him?

We're the offers for Thomas and Mcateer rejected because we had no potential signings lined up to replace them??

Not having this "it isn't Ruuds fault" shite. We're not fortunate to have random half arsed 50m players Amorim has at Manchester United and hide behind a "it takes time and the right players to implement my system".

It is 100% on Ruud because he took the job after watching our steaming pile of shit play him, twice! He might have the ego like all managers and ex Manchester United players that he can fix us, but one or two signings wouldn't mask the fact his system just isn't working. If he walks it's beyond embarrassing. If he stays and doesn't adapt it just shows he wasn't the right man for the job.

How many times this been covered.

Pearson was appointed again thanks to Birch. Yes, the Birch. That was pre Rudkin.

Ranieri, Puel, Rodgers, Smith, Maresca, Cooper, The Dutchman were agent CVs landing in Rudkin's inbox. Like Jesse Marsch's did, but he got cold feet.

Unless Rudkin and Top are spoon fed manager, they don't know what to do.

I think he should walk, he's got no chance of keeping us up with this squad. We'll be cut adrift pretty quick. Wouldn't put it past us to finish below Southampton. Please go and call out the total mismanagement of the club whilst your at it. We NEED everyone to know what a shit show we are behind the scenes.

Why is anyone going to walk away from a contract in the PL. He'll take his money, like all of us would.

to be fair you did also say our owners don’t know how to appoint a manager so I was referring to them and not rudders

A Man Utd supporting acquaintance told me that Ruud doesn’t take any sh!t from Boards, or flog a dead horse because he’s coaching for the love of the game … he doesn’t need the money, this is about fulfilment.

if that’s true (I’ve no idea) then he walks tomorrow surely

Probably the Championship sadly....barring a miracle.

You can’t say you have principles unless they cost you something. He will walk away within days

The other problem with RVN is Edouard doesn't play, and he's fallen out with Facu so our two precious PL loan spots are not being effectively used.

Unless he changes up the formation quickly to start getting the best out of the squad he has, he needs to go.

Whatever bug RVN has up his arse about Buonanotte, he needs to get over it. He’s here and whatever slim hopes we have of surviving depend on him being on the pitch with Bilal. We have so few real creative players we can’t afford not to start one who actually is.

I find it hard to believe he’s actually fallen out with Buonanotte if he’s not been sent back from the loan.
We can win a few games, maybe enough, by bundling the ball over the line with a decent defensive structure . We have signed one player who hasn’t started any games yet, so we have to do it with our current squad who just lost 4-0 to a depleted Everton.

I will be very shocked and surprised if he is still here for the Man United game, why put yourself in the position of going back to a place where you are idolised to highly likely get your arse handed to you on a plate, and all for an owner and board who have thrown you under a bus and given you a £2m right back and said now go and save us, I honestly think he will be gone by the end of the day especially off the back of Saturdays mauling.

I would retain a modicum of respect for him if he walked.

To be fair to him we are way too big a basket case for little old Ruud to turn around - He needs quality players who are a bit off of it to potentially inspire and get back on track.

Our lot are over pampered, has beens, never weres or never will bes

Our situation needs a rebuild manager who will start from the back, strip out the crap (which is a good 85% / 90% of the squad) and actually start properly utilising the best training facility in the Championship.

It is not too much to ask to bring 2 players a year through from the youth ranks when you've invested £200m + in a training facility over the last 5 years.
