Surely the club would not be so disrespectful to Ruud to leave him not knowing 4 weeks after relegation has been confirmed. Whether you think he should stay or go you can’t treat people like this. Perhaps they have agreed it will be announced after Sunday

Only people on here can spend months moaning saying anyone but Ruud, complain about the lack of style and patterns of play, then lose their minds when we're rumoured to be appointing someone who isn't Ruud and has a clear philosophy around his style and patterns of play l.

Because Martin is wank, his best ever season he finished 4th in the Championship with a team that would have been aiming for top 2 at a minimum. We also beat the absolute piss out of that same side.

 

His second best finish is 10th in the Championship.

 

He literally had Southampton on course for the worst season in Premier League history and this is apparently supposed to be the direction we want to go in. He is basically just a knock off Rogers and I didn't particularly like the actual Rogers

Ruud ignored Buonanotte, Mavididi, McAteer whilst obsessing with Ayew and BDCR as non functioning wingers. He became obsessed with a midfield with absolutely no creativity in Bouba and Ndidi who also lacked the collective discipline and consistent effort to be a solid defensive pairing and bomb squaded the only creative centre mid in our squad (Winks) and gave up on Hamza despite his ability to play Ricardo’s inverted role amongst a number of other defensive/midfield positions. For those bizarre and self destructive prolonged actions he deserves to go. Sorry Ruud.
