That was a total embarrassment. Yes, Ward is less useful than a pylon! Yes, Ruud made some baffling decisions! But our problems, which continue to mount, are that we have a total bunch of incompetents running the club. They clearly have no plan and cannot be trusted going forward, be it to strengthen for a push for survival in January or to plot a way back after our increasingly likely relegation to the Championship. Top must get rid of the real culprits for our catastrophic demise or sell to owners that will. Vichai must be turning in his grave watching what he built turn to dust!

I genuinely wouldn't be surprised if this is our final points tally. What the actual ****, Ruud? But more pertinently - do the players even give a shit?

 

My Dad is (unfortunately) a Wolves fan, and said:

 

"Over all the years watching, I have never seen a player standing still in the center circle with the ball at his feet and NOBODY from the opposition moved... LCFC seemed to give up🤷🏻‍♂️ strange game"

 

Not the first time this season opposition fans have been surprised to find us the worst team they've played this season. ****.

Words like embarrassing and disgraceful are thrown around very cheaply in football. But that first half was as bad as anything I've seen for a long time, and I can't justify spending my time and money on that.

 

If you're looking for a metaphor for the state the executive has driven the club to, the rubbish flying about on the pitch consistently throughout the game is pretty glaring - and by that I mean the crisp packets and plastic wrappers rather than our back 5.

Not seen it back but Ward surely was jumping out of the way for the second goal? Radio Leicester talking about him not making any howlers!
He just can’t make any good saves and he needs booting out now. We are gonna get murdered at Liverpool

The side we started today wouldn’t have got anywhere near to promotion last season, we have regressed considerably. I find it bizarre that qualified football personnel cannot see in training some of the things that we can see as supporters. our problems run much deeper than Danny Ward, but it’s genuinely astonishing the bloke is a professional goalkeeper…. I’d go as far as to say it’s embarrassing he’s been selected to play ahead of whatever we have in the youth set up. His positioning is absolutely horrendous and he doesn’t even get close to saving shots i’d back myself to get a hand to at the very least. The decline of James Justin has to be up there with one of the most dramatic I’ve seen considering he was involved with the national team at one point…

 

January is absolute huge for us, because unless we can unearth a couple of hidden gems who turn out to be world beaters I actually think Southampton will end up above us it’s that bad.

Yes, that was THE MOST embarrassing part. Mind you, getting an ass kicking is not fun, but no one just stands about watching the opponent hold the ball and not even move... TELF?!

Exactly what I thought. It was like the whistle had gone and no one knew what was going on. I think even the wolves player didn't know.
