I just had the exact same feelings. I think 2026 could be a disastrous year for us off the pitch.

This is my concern. I really feel that this could be the tip of the iceberg. The club has gone from being run badly to barely being run at all.

If the points deduction is double-figures - we don't have the administrative structure, a capable enough manager or reliable enough players to get ourselves out of a potential relegation dogfight.

Imagine having the highest wage bill in the Championship.....in League 1 - it could happen and that would be a genuine disaster at that point.

Sadly, I think you're right. I think we'll be the new Sheff Wednesday

If we are, the Thai government should be investigated.

There's no way it would be a coincidence if all these businesses that are essentially funded and controlled by the state start calling in their UK assets and foregoing any debts!

Yeah, I agree with those who have mentioned administration this year. We have all the hallmarks of a club who is deeply in trouble. Marti’s comments after yesterday’s game have underlined it for me.

If Aiyawatt had sacked Rudkin back in 2023 I suspect most the people that want him to sell out  now would have backed him

if he seemed like he was learning and cared, people would cut him some slack. He's doing neither and so has to sell up

It's a very small thing, but it dawned on me the other day we will currently be negotiating a new kit supplier contract, without a commercial director or CEO.

Can imagine this all being very last minute and probably lead to delays in the summer. Ordinarily kits for next season are signed off in Feb, but currently we don't know who will be supplying them.

Well you can add Manchester City to their list as well but they were extremely fortunate UAE was ready and waiting.

People kind of forgot our existing manager had to pay some of the compensation to get him out of his existing club. That's how skint we are.

I think fans need to separate the Vichai/KP rein from the Top/KP one and judge each on their own merits. Once you do that, it makes it all too clear that Top/KP needs to go and take Rudkin and the board with him.

King Power are far more reliant on the Thai Government than Chansiri and the Thai Union Group are

I have a horrible feeling that in the next 4-6 weeks we will be in administration and soon snippets will start to break in the mainstream media that we we are in financial meltdown and further points deduction and embargo’s will be in place.

And their political alliances have been weakened very significantly. It is far from certain that their empire will survive.

Russell Martin

would that actually be worse though? he might have a shit tactical plan, but it's an actual plan. Martí somehow manages to make us look like we're always down a couple of players, isolating every single one of our players into being marked by 2 or 3 going forward, while the opposition always have spare runners when attacking.

Haha, you are in another world if you think Russell Martin is worse than our current situation. He wouldn’t touch us with a barge pole.

tbf i think we'd already hear the rumours if that was going to happen, like players not being paid etc

just pointing out it could still get worse

Not it literally cannot, Cifuentes is the bottom of the barrel.

Martin is useless and I don't want him but he he won the playoffs against that deadly Leeds team.

Cifuentes makes Russel Martin look ok, thats how bad Cifuentes is.
