King Power Out

It doesn't need to be Top or Rudkin to do any communication. Davies & McCarron have been put into position to do that job.

It's a constant point that the lack of information means a load of speculation gets put around.

This is precisely why they wanted season tickets done and dusted by June. Because if the renewal deadline was mid June, more would have sacked it off by now.

Can we convince Turki Al Shaikh to buy us instead of the sheepshaggers?

Yeah I thought we might see this McCarron chap early doors (if he actually exists) laying out his vision etc, even if it turned out to be a load of corporate speak bollax.

Other teams seem to manage this, without too much fuss but then I remembered we're Leicester City, so revisited my totally unrealistic expectations.

The club have made it clear they have no expectation of the person in his role doing any type of comms.

I just assumed that applied to pretty much anyone who works for the club.

More words without meaning.

Means fvck all now, the damage is done.

Perhaps would mean something if you weren't in the ear of every cluster fvck manager this season, whilst being just as bad when you got your own chance.

Yawn.

He's the only person who actually fronted up to how embarrassing we were at the time. You only have to look at his ideas in pre-season and when he had those games in terms of personnel to see that he clearly had very little influence with the other managers.

Same thing happened with the likes of Sadler and Stowell, where people massively overinflate their influence. If we had anyone in the backroom staff with that much power, from a time when we were successful, I doubt we'd be in the same sorry state we are

The worst run club in the country continue to be the worst run club in the country.

From day one next season it should be protests against the ownership. Every single game until they're gone. Even friendlies.

Yet still we have fans who think it's King Power who "gave us" our title win and FA Cup.

If you're one of the people who think that, or even just think it all just turned bad because Vichai died then you really need to look not just at the decline but the utter contempt in which our owner treats the club with.

If they ever cared, you'd see signs of it now. They never have. One big vanity project that they were lucky to have great staff save from destruction after about 2 years.

King Power Out my arse we are stuck with them forever. Decades of misery

You have to question what he's getting out of it at this stage. We keep hearing about this "saving face" mentality that comes from Thai culture but every time he shows his face he's being humiliated.

What role does the independent regulator have in all of this? Is it just before you buy a club that you are judged on being fit and proper?

There's no way you can tank a club like this and be deemed fit to run it. It's like organised decline.

Whatever got Chansiri out is what will hopefully save us.

I definitely don't support this club under this owner. It's as soulless as if we were owned by Red Bull.

All the soullessness, none of the nous. It really is the worth of boast worlds.

I doubt this. It will come to a head. Whether administration or even if we went out of business, technically we won’t be suffering them for decades! It will get awful for the coming couple of years but I am confident the we will have a Sheffield Wednesday situation.

It would probably be better ran.

I think it will come to a head next season. Mid/lower half getting beat by Bromley at home around xmas will be the tipping point. Think things could turn nasty then. I dont know what other fans are seeing that im not as i saw someone ask on facebook if we will smash the 100 point barrier next season and he was being deadly serious. Come on WTF!!!

We could match Birmingham’s record and we could get relegated again - there’s a wide range of possibilities facing us.

We’re heading towards the latter, we have 7 senior players who have started more than 50 Games that I expect to be here by the time the window close.

We’ve moved slowly on the manager and subsequently very slowly on recruitment - it’s business as normal despite this being the most catastrophic and abnormal set of events we’re facing.

The club appear to have no expectation of any person employed by the club doing any type of comms, including Anthony Herlihy at his team.
