At the weekend Liverpool made a bigger deal of the Man City charges than our fans have about our 3 relegations in 4 seasons.

I think the easiest thing we can do is just not turn up.

The protest walk to the ground last season wasn’t engaged with and more often than not it was laughed at.

Oh aye..can’t wait to hear from the likes of Coady and Winks on Under The Cosh!

Haha I mean actual credible stories being exposed not those two willy pullers saying how great the culture was and it’s the fans fault

When they do eventually all **** off I can’t wait for some of the stories to come out in the future

Do you think? Most, if not all, players who leave here talk them up. Even players considered heroes such as Albrighton. Everyone seems to have a nice job under King Power, there seems to be no consequences, I'm not sure there are people who have bad stories about them.

I meant more about media articles from “sources”

Stories will come out, they always do even if it takes a while

If we go into admin, will they be forced to sell the club for a cut priced fee? Is this a way of getting KP out?

Administrators will be appointed and they effectively lose control of the club - it is then in the administrators hands. Any debt due to creditors is then repaid "pennies in the pound" based on the money raised by selling the business assets.

This is where there is potentially a conundrum.

I don't think there's much debt the club owe (before we get the usual Macquarie shouts, it's not debt - the club are only guarantors of the remaining transfer instalments and PL monies) ,.other than to KP itself. Which means the administrator would be in the surrealist position of acting, in effect, on behalf of KP.

The only other debts are instalments dite on players we bought and the players' contracts. And the administrator has to pay them in full, not pennies in the pound, otherwise it's all over as a football club.

^maybe the kids right. We love football, we love Leicester, but we’ve just given up as for every livid disgrace we vent at, we encounter a KPFC fan telling us  that we didn’t appreciate the title win.

The pending transfer fees are where it all gets a bit murky and could be where KP have endangered the club, I hope they haven't. The gross amount that is showing online is £81m outstanding, that will be offset by the amount that we are owed but how much of the transfer fees that we are owed have KP already borrowed against from Macquarie? If it is most or all of our incoming transfer fees then we are in big trouble. There are other debts but this could be a real problem. Instead of owing a net amount of say £25m which may be manageable for someone looking to buy the club it could be closer to £81m in which case we have a major issue, especially when the other debts are taken into account.

So how's that work?

The club is the players and Belvoir drive.

King Power own the ground and Seagrave.

So the new owners have players and a to small training ground if they take on the women's team to.

So would then have to negotiate the use of the ground or purchase of it.

Seagrave obviously is a choice of the new owner as is the ground around the KP.

Other than a purchase now (not likely imo) admin makes this sh1t show an even bigger mess.

Oh all football debts have to be paid in full wages and transfer fees.

I'm guessing we've borrowed against every penny we are owed. Then someone's sat down and done the maths and realised we owe £xx millions with nothing left to come in except gate fees and sponsorship and a small amount of TV revenue.

It's been pointed out to top we can just survive our running costs on our incomings.

So Top you or KP have to put in £xx million over the next X months/year or we are done.

Top's spoke to KP and been told no way or we have no KP.

TOP " SELL SELL SELL"

Right now I see us as a mini doing 150mph down hill towards the great wall of china with no breaks.

We need a multi billionaire Top to appear and save us. Just hope he has a little more brain and puts clever people in to run us.

No sane person is touching us.

Fortunately both the stadium and Seagrave are not held in a different company. They are assets of the club.

I think you are probably right. We lost £71m in the Premier League season, we must have lost a lot last season in the Championship but those accounts aren't available yet, I very much doubt KP have covered those losses so the likelihood is that we have borrowed against every penny owed and only now has it dawned on Top that he has to sell. As you said, we need a multi billionaire.

Are you sure Vichai bought the ground not the club and a free land search about 18 months ago said King power owned the ground and Seagrave not Lcfc

A quick search now says it's king power holdings.
