Yet King Power bought us. Yet the Greek Mafia bought Forest. Yet Cov, Derby, Birmingham City etc. have all been bought recently. 
 

I don’t think anyone is asking for the Qatari royal family to buy us. Though it be fun (ignore all the politics) your points above are valid in that respect. 
 

However in this instance, your points are missing the crux of the issue. This club has had significant sums come in, in recent years. However due to catastrophic mismanagement it’s seen infrastructure investment become the clubs biggest liability. It’s seen the clubs value plummet at an alarming rate. It’s seen the club lumbered with liabilities and player contracts well beyond sustainable levels. Yet, the same mistakes (now habits) keep happening. We are being run in the most unprofessional way and only a handful of clubs in the 72 come close. Those who oversaw the most surprising relegation in PL history remain at the club, untouchable. 
 

So yes, “little Leicester” might not be top of the truly elite investor but I’ll tell you what, treating an incompetent man child like a god is also not the way. Also settling for the incompetence is also unacceptable.

We’ve pushed our financial limits to still be useless anyway. A decent DoF would have ensured a better squad with half of what Rudkin has pissed up the wall on fees and wages. It’s clear Top won’t sack him therefore has to go. We’re on a slow downward spiral without change.

I actually don’t want this club to have ‘more money’. If done correctly, buying low and selling high is all we ever need plus the plans to expand the stadium and continue to break the established elite

Couldn’t agree more, we cry and moan about PSR and how it stunted our ability to compete, yes of course it places some manners around what we can spend but when you spunk the best part of £80m on Daka, Soumare, Praet and Ward, and shell out over £250k per week in wages on the likes of Daka, Soumare, Ward and Choudhury then we as a club have to look ourselves squarely in the eyes and stop trying to play the victim and accept it isn’t PSR that fecked us over it is piss poor decision making and have we learned our lesson, no have we frig as this summer we have thrown multi year contracts and big wages to players like Ayew, BDCR and shelled out big money for Skipp.

Why wouldn’t they? It’s not even 5 years ago we were best of the rest and finishing in European spots, as well as winning pots. Surely anyone interested in buying Everton would be interested in buying us? A competent board with an infrastructure to match could have seen us as Europa league regulars.

Saudi bankrolled Newcastle despite being bottom of the league, maybe we won’t like the source of the interest ie Saudi sportswashers but I struggle to believe that if Top was to put the club on the market we’d struggle for suitors

We have a stadium that's filled to capacity every week and fully developed plans to extend, a worldwide profile from recent successes, training facilities that are Champions League standard if they were run properly and could produce a veritable conveyor belt of talent and, crucially, we are in the Premier League already. 

 

Contrast us with the likes of Derby and Coventry and you'll see that we would be a far more attractive proposition. Newcastle weren't exactly an attractive prospect themselves before The Beheaders bought them given they had regular protests, a grossly unpopular boss in charge, chronic underinvestment and were as far off challenging for honours and Europe as we are now. If not further.

Yeah. Just because we can't name someone at the drop of a hat doesn't mean buyers wouldn't be out there. It's the same line of defense as the "what managers are out there" (there are always plenty).

There are plenty of very wealthy business owners, consortia and organisations out there and the Premier League is a globally recognised product. It’s not a case of putting more money in, it’s a case of being better at running the club. 
 

Brighton, and Brentford are shining examples of how to run a football club, and I’ll add Bournemouth to that list too. As a franchise, none are bigger than us, yet here we are, we are an absolute mess…. But it’s hardly surprising, Rudkin isn’t a DOF, he’s an academy coach, and Top is allowing him and Susan to run amok causing havoc. The fact that we have the likes of Ward and Hamza at the club collecting a sizeable wage is criminal. The business decisions being made at this football club are the stuff of amateurs. It’s embarrassing that we’ve gone from ambitions of creating one of the most impressive home grounds in the country, to having Edouard on loan, and Ayew a key player. 
 

I would love to have the opportunity to have Top and his minstrels sat in front of an audience so we can ask them, what the **** they’ve done.

You can do still do well in the environment with shrewd spending and contract negotiations.

 

We have a higher wage bill than Forest who are currently top 4, scrapped most analytics, and clearly have inadequate scouting, there is always bargain aisle to sign up untapped stars, and then its about squad management, getting rid of players surplus to requirements.

 

Its not a fairy tale, other clubs are doing it.  People need to accept the club leadership is a bombshell right now.  Problem is cultural at this point.

There will be a fair few more USA-backed acquisitions of clubs over the next 5 years, we would be likely one of those being looked given the physical infrastructure.
Until then unfortunately the current culture will be allowed to fester on.

There is a difference. At KP Top is what he is, a little boy who won the sperm race. The business has the interest of the wider family and therefore won’t have the incompetence of the little boy run riot. He will also not be treated like a god like some of this fan base by his mother for example. Therefore, there is far more checks with the main business. 
 

He is a problem and not some maverick billionaire that he/some like to think he is. The unfortunate thing is, until we realise this collectively and follow fan bases like Newcastle, Wolves and Everton and demand some change, we’ll be treated like the idiots we are, due to the simpletons in our fan base,

Club *needs* a massive purge. Owners, leadership, contracts and many "fans". KP has the vibe of a morgue. It may take some time at lower levels. It'll be a price worth paying.

 

Owners made one tramsformative decision (Pearson) and one completely irrational fluke (Ranieri) in their time in charge. [Minor credit: Puel/Macia could spot a player.] Don't give me Rodgers: he took on a p**s easy job. We're still surfing the dregs of Pearson's wave FGS. For me, the current KP regime have no credit in the bank at all.
