The Daily Mail article in Rudkin thread being discussed highlights again how players frequently have gone above staffs head and have a direct line to the owner. I don’t think this is healthy for any organisation, and frankly if Top has become too cosy with certain players that is another reason why he needs to go. Although I imagine soon we have a time when perhaps that link between players and owner is not there. When Vardy retires or leaves I should imagine that might that.

Top was at Vardy’s wedding, of course they have contact with each other.

personally I would like to see him let Rudkin and anthony Herlihy go - managers point to rudkin, fans point to rudkin - and  the engagement with fans is a joke.

Things seem to be getting very angry towards king power and the owners now.

I am very concerned that we have no leadership throughout the whole club. No one is accountable for anything.

It is about time questions are asked from the owner to the director of football.

 

We won the league & cup and played in Europe we sold players for huge sums of money. We have a bloated over paid useless squad this is stopping us improving the squad. We also let millions of pounds worth of players leave for free.

 

We have been so poor in the transfer market waited millions the guy we signed late from Portugal. 
 

Honestly something needs to change we are being poorly managed at the director level. We need a whole new football operations team.

KP OUT. Any credit from the league win was chucked down the drain a long while ago.

 

Charge sheet includes, but is not limited to:

- installing themselves front-and-centre in celebrations - including *that* bus

- those whiny programme notes

- determination to bilk the fanbase at every opportunity, while buying off whoever they can with beer and coconuts

- ZERO support for fans groups who want to improve our sterile atmosphere

- bizarre lack of recognition for club's pre-KP history at the ground

- persecuting fans for imagined and/or exceedingly minor transgressions, sometimes without evidence. This largely seems to target vocal, enthusiastic and younger supporters

- all decisions suggest they want to attract a supine, family and tourist-based crowd. Profit takes precedence at every turn

- ZERO meaningful, open, two-way communication with fanbase

 

That's before we mention the awful sporting decisions and financial negligence.

 

Why change? This is all *certain* to continue without a change of ownership.

 

And the elephant in the room is this. We are all desperately sad about what happened in the helicopter crash. It's hard to imagine the hurt of losing your closest family in those circumstances. But LCFC remains *our* club. In and of itself, our club (and stadium) is not a memorial. It's to the detriment of our club if KP retain ownership for that unfortunate reason.

The time for questions from the owner to the DOF should have been after the Adrien Silva debacle. We are way past that stage. Said it in the Rudkin thread, but it's not about him anyone. All logic dictates that Rudkin is useless at his job but that's still supposition. What isn't guesswork is that Top has absolutely run this club into the ground and he has to take ultimate accountability. If Rudkin is responsible for most things, then why hasn't Top replaced him yet? Removing Rudkin is just the taking the top off the weed when we need to get into the roots and pull it (Top/KP) out.

I remember years ago when the phrase KPFC first started getting thrown about. Those of us that used it got pelters.
