The poor ball from Mav and the miss from Daka were playground mistakes. Should've had 3.

That being said they'd have found a fourth. We just aren't good enough to compete

Now I've thought about, Jakub and the two centre halves played well. Bouba and Winks also played well and worked their knackers off. Bilal was very good, and against popular opinion. I thought Mav and Patson worked hard even though they're technically so limited.

My main frustration is that with 20 minutes left, we were somehow still in it and yet we took absolutely no risks. Seemed happy with a narrow loss, which is really disappointing.

I’d normally agree - but I think if we’d have shown more ambition they’d have buried us. I get it that we should play to win, but I thought we had a decent game plan of hitting them on the break (we just haven’t got the personelle to go head to head)

First half was ok, second really poor. I know they’re a very good side but you’ve got to try and cause them some problems. There wasn’t any belief.

I don’t like RVNs lineups and I don’t like his subs. Not looking promising.

so what you're saying is you don't like our squad

Well done today, considering we were an underdog. Too bad they scored right before the half. Daka proved he’s no replacement for Vardy. Wasn’t Soumare’s best night. We Defended with passion, and we don’t have to look for the second keeper any more. Ultimately, I’m pleased.

Jacob was the difference tonight he saved us from an avalanche, Daka shows he’s too lightweight for this league the midfield looked better with Winks on the field god knows why RVN took him off for Skipp?

We played some good football at times not much but we showed more fight that V Wolves, against ManCity we need to look at their last few games to see their weaknesses how to beat them I’m hoping Ruud plays the right team for this game the last one of the year a year of mixed emotions a championship win a bad now being bottom three looking at relegation.

Really hope we can finish off the year with a win against ManCity who are worse than us at the moment and hoping we get rid of the deadwood and bring in a few decent players  !

The times we actually attacked and  'turned' their defence and made them actually defend we looked dangerous.  eg, Daka's  'stud-kick ' .  We may have got whacked 6,7 or 8...but if we're going forward, we'd all feel better.

He's targeted every game we play, and who can blame them. Trouble is there's no alternative unless it's Hamza or a lad from the academy.

True. Hope he tries Hamza as an inverted full back. He can't be much worse defensively than Justin has been. Also an inverted full back may help RVN's style

Better effort against the Champions elect.

Keeper did well, another ‘Daka moment’ didn’t help. Gives a bit of hope for upcoming games, but it’s the hope that kills you!

I’m pretty sure they’d have loved to have attacked more… but almost every player looked knackered out by the constant need to defend.

We played a way better side than us. No shame in our performance today, if we play like this against the lower half teams we’ll pick up points

Tactically, I thought it was the correct way to set up. Implementation not as good due to limited player ability. Better than I thought, at least we saw effort.  Jakub carried himself well, but this is why wins with clean sheets against teams around us is important. Our goal difference is taking a battering.

We're down.

The way that Ruud spoke to him as he came off - asking if he felt ok etc, seemed to suggest that it was due to fitness management

We’ve just got to be better than wolves. Their run of games is horrendous for the next 10.

the season relies on the next 2 months being faultless from us though. We need to keep things respectable until the Palace game & we desperately need some good business in January.

im not giving up yet!

I think this was sensible as tempting as it would have been to see it out. Game was likely gone. We need him in the run-in

Let's be honest, after the initial (somewhat fortunate) bounce v West Ham and Brighton, have we seen any real improvement compared to what we were doing under Cooper? We're still way too passive, team selections have been baffling and in game management poor. Not really sure any manager could do much better with the group of players we have.

Wolves could lose Cunha for a spell too, and he seems like hes the glue holding that team together
