I can’t see how we get a points deduction or any charge, we haven’t breach the PSR this season. We won a case for last season on a technicality, so how can they give us anything? I’m confused.

I'm sure the EFL placed us under a transfer embargo basically just after the end of last season. So unless they lift it, we can't sign players without their say so when we're back under their jurisdiction.

I still think with a transfer embargo we’d have a squad capable of promotion. 
 

it’s also one of the reasons why we shouldn’t let Cannon go.

Won't be as good as last year and even last year was pretty unrewarding really, like racing a load of Fords with a Ferrari and we still nearly made a pigs ear of it. Just by any means necessary get these absolute clowns 'running' this club out.

We have so many tweener players that we'll be top 6ish. 

 

BEK is talented but hasn't shown anywhere near enough for somebody to buy him for more than we paid. Fatawu isn't leaving due to his injury Mavididi is a good top end Championship winger. Skipp and Winks likely aren't going anywhere given what we paid. Even Daka, as maligned as he was last season scored 7 goals in 1086 minutes. Stolarcyzk is adept. Vestergaard is fine at that level, we're not making our money back on Okoli so it's likely he's staying and he's better than the second tier.

 

If we need to raise funds Hermansen, Kristiansen, Soumare, and Faes will fetch > £50m. 

 

We're abysmally ran but even the undesirable players are better than mid table championship crap.

That's a decent enough 11 with plenty of sellable assets left out. Plus I'd assume, should relegation be confirmed early, we could get a bit of business done before we're officially an EFL club even if there was a risk of an embargo.

 

 

Personally I can't see what the EFL can do, that the PL couldn't. Especially not "record numbers" because their feelings got hurt. The punishment still has to fit the crime.

They did but that was on the basis they believed we defaulted on PSR rules. We have since cleared them for both years so what is their basis for continuing? They wanted us to submit a business plan but based on our current finances and assuming we don't spend crazy money we will not require any business plan as we will be compliant.
