To be fair Wrexham are part football club part hype machine. Buying players from clubs recently in the Prem or players who have a history with the club works for their documentary and thus their turnover. They'll be fine this season overall, but probably nothing more than mid-table.

Arguably should have saved 2/3 of those goals, reactions are too slow.

The sport is run by agents. 

There's a Wrexham fan in their forum saying Ward needs to be out of the team because he's old and slow and become a GK coach for Okonkwo.

I think him being a Welsh international was a huge reason for it tbf, it was worth the punt for them especially on a free. You could in good conscious say he may have been able to rebound off the back of his spell here and tbf to him he was fairly decent in the first game

Heard a podcast recently with the top tier journalists which was saying there should be concern that clubs will prioritise content and a story over the success of the team. 
 

The selection of Ward could be accused of that. Ex PL keeper back to his hometown

Wrexham could definitely make some millions by attaching a cam to Ward's head and a mic. I would probably pay a monthly subscription for such entertainment. 

A bundle offer with Coady would be great also.

Only just seen Birmingham nicked a winner in stoppage time. 

 

The way they attacked and got that goal reminded me of our counter attack against West Brom where Winks scored. 

 

Can't see many of our passengers scoring like that this season.
