No psr in League 1?

Wrexham and brum spent loads to get promoted.

Maybe that's the plan 🤔

We don't have a plan or money....they haven't even thought that this is a possibility!!

Wonder what pir players are thinking watching this ( if they can be arsed)?

I'm sure the players and staff are rubbing their hands together looking forward to the battle on Saturday with real positivity and optimism  thinking they can get a good result eith their endeavour, battling qualities and never give up attitude....🤣🤣🤣🤣

They will be thinking “can’t ****ing wait for this season to be over”

Come cųnts will still clap them off though at Blackburn.

That’s that then. I mean we knew it anyway but thought we’d at least take it to the final day.  Kinda funny that we may well have gone down even without the -6

Leicester players should be watching this ashamed of themselves, that's how you do it

It’s pretty much guaranteed none of this squad would even know Portsmouth are playing tonight. We’ve got tvvats representing our club who couldn’t give a toss what happens.

Tops plan is we promote, he didn’t say from what division or when?!

Let me just get the next week's worth of critical relegation fixtures all summed up:

Tonight, we need the teams that came down with us, to help keep us up by beating the teams that could eventually send us down. Furthermore, we would want Derby to beat Oxford, and for Coventry to beat Portsmouth.

And elsewhere, in the lofty heights of the Prem, I'd rather Spurs go down than Forest.

What a complete mindfook of a situation.

Pompey showing the value of winning two games on the bounce.

Something we've not done since NOVEMBER.

Yes but has their owner's business been affected by Covid? It must be on the players' minds.

If we’re going down then it needs to be by more than 6 points (which is looking very likely). At least then we don’t get the whining from Top and his disciples about PSR.

Did we win 2 games? I’m not even sure we deserved those wins at Norwich and Stoke honestly if I remember those games, we were outplayed by a Norwich side that hadn’t won at home, the got some lucky goals against Stoke. Nothings changed other than we’ve become slightly less lucky

I know it sounds crazy but in some ways going down might just help us. Bring the youngsters on for a season in Div 1 and build a team. Let's face if we were to stay up we wouldn't do anything in the Championship anyway. Clear the decks and start a fresh.

That's what should have happened in 2023 and 2025. It didn't. It'll be more of the same with further decline to follow.

I wouldn't rule out League Two by 2028.

If we had a plan we would have stayed up . If we had kept vardy or signed a proper striker we wouldn't be in bottom two

There is no plan 😕

@mr k  League one has SCMP…

Clubs can only spend a percentage of their turnover on player costs In League One, that limit is 60% of total……

Wages are exactly the reason we’re in the shit, so, no, we can’t spent what we want, and we won’t because our wage bill will probably be more than the 60%. Even with players leaving.

We aren't going to do this though, we'll sign a load of experience rather than actually develop some of our kids and reset the entire thing

Daka was signed to replace Vardy, and then when he left they assumed Ayew would be fine for the Championship 🤣🤣

So the other two teams relegated with us, in with a good shout of going back up. Didn't we finish above them both last year? So not just a fall, a spectacular free fall from 30000 ft without a parachute. And we ain't hit the ground yet, and Rudkin is telling Top, "alright so far...."
