Ouch.

If we win our game against them, it should come down to a shoot out between us and Oxford (although Blackburn have a nightmare run-in too).

Their game against Oxford will have huge ramifications if it’s not a draw.

we really can’t afford either team to get those points.

One big issue is, the coventry and stoke games might be dead games as they aren’t playing for anything else. Coventry might happily roll over if the league is wrapped up, just to spite us

My view on the pompey va Oxford game is that if we beat Sheff Weds we’re guaranteed either a 2 point bump on both or 3 points on one of them - a draw is ideal but worst case a 3 point swing on one of them is big.

As for Cov and Stoke games, Cov might still need points to wrap up title (if Ipswich have a good run) and they’ll want momentum going into next season, do think Frank is the type to take foot off the gas. Stoke away is always tough, even if they’re on the beach. Robins will want to finish as high as possible, especially considering their drop-off.

The only thing going for us really is that it's still tight (i.e 1-4 points between LCFC and safety),  Portsmouth's form nose diving and Oxford's potentially being unsustainable.

And yet we signed a keeper and a winger that haven’t played.

There is no excuse for us not signing a striker - it’s such an obvious priority position and has been for 4-5 windows now

Yes a keeper on a free and a winger on loan. We don’t have 4 million to spend on one player was the point. Of course it should have been our priority.

Id rather Oxford win if it's not a draw, it just based on the fact I think they'll get less points after.

Coventry aren't rolling over. It's not 11 Cov fans playing 😂

I mean maybe not because of us but they if the title is won, they’re not being serious in that game.

The 4-1 loss to Brighton after we won the league in 13-14 comes to mind, it will be a massive deal for them as it was for us, maybe even moreso considering their recent history, really do need Ipswich at minimum to keep up with them

Those defending it would probably lose their mind if it was Polanski

And those criticising Farage would probably be fine with it being Polanski. Objections are always louder than support.

East of England is very pro reform. Imagine more Ipswich fans are fine with it than not.

Well of course, they hate Farage so don't want him there.  They'd be reform voters who'd probably hate Polanski being there.  And so it goes....

Exactly 👍 Politicians have been visiting football clubs for decades. Fuss over nothing.

Another drummer for "keep politics out of football" seemingly happy with politics in football when it suits him. Imagine my shock!

Massively embarrassing for Ipswich. Either they have knowingly let a massively divisive figure use the club for publicity and go against keeping politics out of football as well as upsetting their supporters (based on their forum).

Or, it is mentioned it wasn’t official and they booked the tour without using Farage or Reform in the booking, and bought the shirt themselves as a publicity stunt. That would also be embarrassing for the club to have let that happen.

Apparently he was not invited by Ipswich.

They've booked the facilities and had a stadium tour that anyone could go on.

However, I highly doubt Ipswich didn't know about it. But it's win win for him isn't it. He either gets to pose at a football club looking like a salt of the earth or they refuse to let him and he gets a lot of media and attention out of pretending to be outraged that he was banned from Ipswich Town.
