Probably sums up my disinterest in football right now but there’s at least 6 players starting for watford I’ve not heard of before

I’ve got to be honest and I’ll say it as I feel I’m so disillusioned with this club that I genuinely don’t care if we get relegated or not !

I know I’ll get hammered for that, I’m beyond any anger and frustration because there’s nothing anyone can do about it. We’re stuck with what we have unless he decides to sell up !

Until recent years I’d eat and sleep it, kick every ball but now it’s just apathy and we just shrug our shoulders with our palms up to the sky like our owner !

RIP LCFC

This is just what it’s like with Watford. At least they’re respecting their tradition. Ive heard of none of them

We haven't created consistent chances for basically five years - minus 6 months in 2023/24.

Shit recruitment. Fixated on all of the irrelevant things tactically. Real losers.

What do you mean we have 68% possession and complete 5000 passes between centre backs? That’s total football who needs goals, so overrated 🤣tm Rudkin delivering excellence strategy

Agreed, goals are just so yesterday 🤣 it’s possession that matters.
Keep on passing.

Its a refreshing sign when we've gone from being impressive with Cambiasso's 2006 goal for Argentina after 30+ passes to being impressive with Newcastle scoring after 4 passes against Chelsea at the weekend

I hope Wrexham don't make the play offs. End of the roll for them. Then we'll see what they're made of next season when the hype calms a little.

I still think Southampton will get 6th.

How can Blackburn have more expected points across the season based on the last 5 when they have a point less than us over the last 5.

Because they're 4 points ahead and there's only 8 games left I think.

76% possession in the second half at home to QPR, 4 shots taken, 1 on target, xg of 0.11.

The ultimate flaccid team. This is the football that the owner is pushing for. Obsessed with all of the things that count for nothing.

They have something over Leicester - they still have to play Leicester.

Looking at the metric as a whole season is more of a concern look at WBA and Blackburn for xPTS

The red card for Millwall on Saturday, which was followed by Blackburn scoring twice and winning the game, has been rescinded. Which is nice.

Feel worse for Millwall than I do for us reading that

Chat GPT take on these details

🧮 Final Predicted Table (Bottom 6)

19th – Blackburn (~51 pts)

Safe — just enough consistency.

20th – Oxford (~49 pts)

Momentum saves them.

21st – West Brom (~47 pts)

Scrape survival.

22nd – Leicester (~45 pts)

Just fall short.

23rd – Portsmouth (~45 pts)

Fixtures kill them.

24th – Sheff Wed (gone already)

I think we quite comfortably have the best fixtures... but we are also going to quite comfortably get relegated still lol  That bottom table makes the most sense to me on paper. But theres a slight chance southampton and hull get some wins against oxford and they lose this patch of form.

I personally think we need to win 4 games to stay up. portsmouth, blackburn  are essential, shef w as it should be the easiest and  then find a win in the others.
