Am hearing that Dyche is 'one of two' of the club's interest, because of his time at Burnley in the Championship plus is fairly local.

So who is the other one?

Wheres all this love for Ancelotti come from? Whats he done?

Aside from his dad giving him jobs im struggling to work out why everyone is getting themselves over him?

Just highly respected, like Maresca, and pretty exciting. Be happy with Rohl though

Interesting is their any rules where we can announce the new manager then confirm Ruud will be leaving on 30th June.

We could literally put him on Gardening Leave, go about our business like normal then officially dismiss him come 30th June.

Somethings going on with Top, gone off to play Polo whilst both clubs are in need of him to make critical decisions. It's odd things like that which confirm my thoughts that it's time for him to go, absolutely shambolic!

That's just the norm for him. Totally inept business man, totally inept football club owner. He is the Thai Donald Trump, born into money, done fook all to make any of his own. Pisses it about on horses and 'parties'.

I agree. The lack of a message to the fans after relegation, the lack of confirmation on Rudds position, the lack of holding people to account for poor performance ( Rudkin, Whelan). The seemingly complete lack of interest.

It's a joke right now. The engagement from the fans is zero while the inner circle of the club seems to think there aren't any problems....

I do feel sorry for him to a certain degree. His Dad died suddenly and he had to deal with a massive business. As well as deal with that shock.

What I struggle with is why he hasn't just put someone in charge of the club to help him.

That’s an awful use of our squad in an 11.

Ricardo and Thomas aren’t flying wing-backs, Fatawu and Mavididi are wingers, not wide 10s that you usually play in a 3-4-2-1, and Skipp and Winks don’t have the legs to be a double pivot in a 3-4-2-1 system.

Might be our only choice

Why? There’s loads of managers out of work that won’t cost us multiple millions of pounds whilst playing a system that doesn’t suit our squad.

I’d rather have a ‘lesser’ manager in the eyes of many that suits our side more.

I can only assume our accounting team have concluded we would need to take an accrual in this years accounts for the balance of his contract, which is likely not affordable under PSR.   So they want to delay.  I am sure Ruud is well aware of the outcome.

Agree it would be shortsighted and v. Underwhelming but I could see them appointing Dyche.

Not in a job so no release fee

Could start immediately

Has his back room staff ready to go

His teams have an identity

Can organise a defence

Probably gets us promoted

Dyche would be a good fit. Used to working with a useless board, points deductions etc. Can imagine Rudkin and Top thinking along those lines.
