Hi Fox Member,

The Club is pleased to confirm ticket details along with selling

arrangements for our last home Premier League fixtures vs. Ipswich Town

(Sunday 18 May, 3pm kick-off)*. The Foxes meet the Tractor Boys for our penultimate home clash of the season, with Fox Members urged to act quickly

to secure the best seats for this fixture.

I've never felt less inclined to 'act quickly'.

Fvck off.

It’s also not our ‘penultimate home clash’, it is the last one. It is the penultimate game of the season.

“It’s clear the momentum that they are in after getting their first silverware in 70 years,” the 48-year-old admitted. “You can imagine it after the milestone the manager and his staff and the squad achieved and how proud they made the fans.
“They are part of the history of Newcastle United. That is obviously something that is a tremendous boost in confidence and belief. Beating Brentford on top of that, competing to be in Europe in the Champions League spaces.

You and this team are part of the history of this club and it's not something you'd want to brag about or be proud of.

That Faes interview :nono:

"We started really well then the new manager came in and I went to the bench"

The lack of any self awareness is shocking, absolutely shocking.

At our best when this clown was on the bench. Says it all!

Unrelated to the actual content that goes out but a little story from a couple of years ago when I applied for a Media Assistant role with the club.

I was a full-time Media & Communications Manager at a decent club in the National League but saw a media vacancy with the club & thought I’d give it a shot. I went through the process and was offered the role. I remember it well as it was the day after the Newcastle away game in the season where we got relegated - had a good chat with the bloke who had offered me the role and proceeded to hand my notice in.

Anyway, what followed was six weeks of very limited communication, albeit the communication I did get was that everything would be fine and that they were just getting paperwork sorted. Eventually I received a call from the HR department explaining that they were no longer able to offer me the job but they’d be in touch if it did again become available lol

They knew I was a season ticket holder at the club and that it was a bit of a dream job for me in a very competitive industry. I moved on from the industry completely in the end

ChatGPT spitting truth this morning....

Final Tip:

Silence is okay sometimes. Quality > Quantity during rough patches. A thoughtful post every 12-24 hours beats desperate content spam.

Rather unusual to send out a match review two days after the fixture.

Too many sick notes within the LCFC media team? Or was there a bust-up, a crisis roundtable? Or could they simply not be arsed to do their regular job, motivation completely shot?

It's the "carry on as normal" epidemic that is rife all the way through the club. Look at Ipswich and Southampton's social accounts compared to us, especially during matches. It's a subtle difference that shows they know their teams are churning out utter dross.

We're posting fire emojis when 3-0 down at home.

The worst bit is, it's even been absolute dross when we've played well (last season) for example.

I was following Bristol City admin live tweeting their game last night, so much personality, so much passion and humour.

We've never had that at all.

Surprised they didn’t go for “come see the Foxes test their might against the team fighting for the record lowest PL points total!”
